One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a retail establishment. I will never return to this location. To be honest, I would rather spend more money at a small business than come to Michaels.I was so upset that I had to call their head office for the horrible, discriminatory behaviour I experienced.I had an order to complete for a client and my hot glue gun stopped working. I thought it would be best if I order online so by the time I got there, I could just pick it up and walk out. It wasn’t ready but I had no issue with that. I picked what I needed and informed the employee. She said she is unable to cancel as it is in process of picking. I asked if it was possible to just complete the order since I have the exact items that were mentioned. She said she would have to print the receipt (wow, seems like a lot of work) and it’s best to call the 1-800 number. I then went to the cash register to pay for my items. I informed her that if she could cancel the order. She was very helpful and had written down my order number. I walked outside to my car and then received a notification to say that my order had been picked.I went back inside to clarify that I would get a refund. The other two associates that I had talked to were busy at the check out. I just wanted to know what would happened for the items that were picked and if I would now get the money back on to my card. I spoke to an elderly lady who I had witnessed prior helping customers with so much enthusiasm. Those customers were asking questions and she was delighted to answer them with so much respect. You can definitely guess the colour of their skin.I was just asking simple questions about the process of refund and the text I had received for pick up. Instead of explaining things like a normal human being and as a representative of Michaels, I was talked down to. According to her I don’t understand that there are customers in the store that need help and I lack patience because according to what actually happened, not once did I get mad about the order not being ready. I used to work at The Home Depot in the same area for nearly 6 years, I understand that customers ask questions or you have to complete another task. I understand that the order picking gets delayed. Instead of actually listening to what I was asking, she tried to talk over me and walked off. If I was the same skin colour as her and the other customers she was talking to, I honestly believe I would have been treated with much more respect.You have lost a loyal customer.

I recently visited Michael's Art Store and was blown away by the amazing service. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though my 30% coupon had expired, they had another one ready to use for me. The store is well-organized, and the wide selection of art supplies is impressive. The staff's knowledge and helpful recommendations made my shopping experience a breeze. I highly recommend Michael's Art Store for its exceptional service and warm atmosphere.

Good location. Everything is more expensive than other stores but you can always find a 20-40% coupon on their site which evens it out.

Art and Craft store. Also party decorations available too. Little pricey but great stuff. Some in store coupons can be applied for discounts. Lots of arts and crafts supplies available. Home party decorations, balloons, special events supplies. Baking and cake decorations available. Staff is helping.

We had a lovely and friendly experience today while shopping at Micheals. Emily was super helpful, friendly, courteous and respectful. She brought us the small cart, guided us (myself and my mother) in buying the right amount of yarn needed for a baby blanket and then checked us out as well. She also told us about the current offer that was going on. Debbie was very welcoming and wished us good night on our way outside the store. We will definitely come back to buy more stuff.

I liked the place. Well organized, clean and a lot of stuff for kids and related to kids. We picked up a photo frame, plenty of sizes and designs available & fondant for the cake, again a few varieties of it. Billing was easy, no line up. this place also take online orders with curbside pick up available. The aisles were well marked for ease of shopping

I love shopping in Michaels.The store is so well organized. If it's popular it will be out of stock on the shelf, but an employee will let you know when they will be Stocking again. I go here first for school projects,knitting,cricut, sublimation or just to buy seasonal decor and agenda books. They even have baking supplies. Check out the kids project centre room my kids loved the crafts they made.

What a beautiful store. Large variety of craft supplies. Excellently organized, super clean and very well organized. Well stocked with products of great quality. Customer service is very good. Store employees are nice and courteous. Very beautiful selection of so many cute things. Excellent spring sale with buy 1 get 1 free on manh products. Must visit.

Crazy that I’ve never been into a Michaels before!Now that I have, I am definitely going to have to limit the amount of times I allow myself to come back. They have everything! From decorating every single room in your house, to every single craft you could possibly want to do with your kids. This place has it all! The prices are extremely fair and the store is so clean and organized! The staff is very helpful. Are young girl named Hannah was particularly knowledgable about everything that I needed on this visit. I even ventured to the bathroom and was pretty blown away at how clean it was! I can’t wait to do my next project, just so I can come back here and grab some more stuff.
