We had our stairs done. Not the best job, however my main concern was safety!When the hand railing was put back on two of the spindles were left loose. The whole railing became wobbly! When I bumped into the owner he said he would come by and take a look, he never did! I just recently saw a Wud Floors truck at the neighbours’ house which prompted me to call the company again.I asked again for someone to pop by and take a look at the railing. I neither got a return phone call or an employee swinging by...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Disappointed!!!!

I highly recommend Wud floors to anyone looking to improve what they have. Rob and his team were very flexible with me and my family under tight scheduling. We had just a week to install over 3000 sq ft of flooring plus a multi-tiered staircase done a week after the fact. Our house looks completely new and we love the flooring both in quality of product, and even more so in quality of install. Our quote didn't move one cent no matter what was required.Wood Selection - 5/5Install - 5/5 (would give higher if I could)Cleanliness - 3/5 (as we weren't living in the home at the time I don't believe a fair amount of thought was given to this category and gave us some headaches towards moving day).Pricing - 4/5 (this is more reflective of the ouch" factor of paying for this large a project)Flexibility - 5/5We would be happy to showcase the job for anyone interested

I spent almost $5000 to get my floors redone. They sent me 3 revised quotes, eventually going well over budget. Under tight time restraints, Then on the day of the installation, the wood was not available". So opted for a refund. Stay away."

We are extremely pleased with the wood stairs and the laminate installed on our upper floor. Everything looks outstanding. The color match with our original wood is almost perfect and the changeover to laminate upstairs is seamless. The work was done on time and the site kept clean. The original spindles were to be re-used but proved unusable. Wud Floors changed them without charging us extra.My one complaint that some detritus was left behind was addressed and someone came by and took the stuff away.I would highly recommend Wud floors. They helped us understand the procedure; the quality of the wood, laminate and work is excellent and we are very pleased.

We had our main floor and stair case refinished. Excellent suggestions by the installers on how to customize the installation. Excellent product, excellent installation. Completion took a few days longer then expected but it was worth the delay. After installation follow-up was also very good. Over all very good value and a strong recommendation.

This is the second time we used Wud for our floors and unfortunately the customer service has become terrible. Although the hardwood and carpet are nice looking, they left a large gap near a sliding door with the wood and staples were poking through the edge of the carpet. It took multiple requests to have these issues addressed. We also had many changes and additions to our original quote that were added after installation and that we were not expecting. Wouldn't use them again.
