Upgraded 2 phones today with excellent customer service. All info provided, questions answered, and we left very satisfied. Thx to Jamie for a great experience.

Jamie was awesome to deal with. Went above and beyond to make the whole phone transfer process easy. Also ended up walking out with an iPad. Stay awesome Jamie!!

Jamie at the bell store was extraordinarily competent and knew how to save me money. I am switching from Shaw Internet to Bell Fibre Op because of him. I have my first child on the way in 7 days and he is helping me save $110 a month. I applaud his expertise and I highly commend him for his efforts. My wifes Pixel 7 Pro started showing flashing green in the background when the phone is in the lock screen and eventually the screen goes black and the phone needs to be hard rebooted. We took the phone into the Bell store and Jamie helped us. The system software was updated to the latest version but this did not solve the problem. We determined that the problem is due to something on the phone. The Pixel 7 Pro needed to be sent back for repair. Jamie backed up the Pixel 7 Pro and then restored it to a loaner LG Velvet so that my wite had a phone to use while the Pixel 7 Pro is away for repair. Jamie was very patient and went above and beyond staying after closing hours and his shift ending to do the backup/restores. Fantastic service Jamie!

Jamie is awesome. My husband and I bought 2 new phones and Jamie gave excellent customer service, talking us through the plan options and what he does to transfer over from one phone to the other. We had to go back because my contacts didn't transfer and he solved that quickly. Jamie is very personable too. Next time I have to go back I will be asking for him!

Had been looking up for offer for a long time, luckily got a great offer at Bell, Station Mall. Mr. Vikas was very quick and efficient in the process, helped me out with the best available deal to secure my Dream phone as well as provided me with a very good network plan.Big thanks to Mr. Vikas and team for the excellent service. Super impressed with the customer service at the Bell store in the Station Mall. Jamie has gone above and beyond to help us with our internet needs. We went in to for another hub as we always go over our usage by mid billing cycle and have to pay the extra to have it unlocked. We explained that we have called bell numerous times to see if we qualified for the new service on the island each time being told..no…not available so we stayed with the hub…low and behold Jamie said he would reach out to his support team and see what they could do for us….we now have unlimited internet…no more hub…Jamie has helped us out a few times with issues, he know his stuff, we will certainly deal with this store for any future needs. We had the highest level of customer quality service from Jamie and the installation team… thank you

In passing by this store decided to drop in to make an inquiry about a glitch with my iPhone 11 as the customer service reps were not busy. While the glitch was not fixed (an iPhone 11 issue I will have to take up with Apple) the employees were very helpful with their suggestions. We installed a new SIM card and switched my plan to a much better plan that will save me money and provide more data! I have been a long time loyal Bell customer so really appreciate the valued assistance these employees provided me today. Many thanks.
