NEVER USE THEM!!! COMPLETLY UN PROFESSIONAL, uneithical and have a I don't give a rats ass" attitude. Booked my appointment a month and a half in advance. On thier request I had to schedual my last walk through at the same time for them to come so they could get measurements

James and his crew are very friendly, fast and accurate on their price and repairs. I recommend them for any services. They are highly sought out and sometimes busy because they come out on emergencies. Don't confuse them not being able to come out right away as incompetence as some of these reviews are indicating. I have used them many times for many years and are excellent at prioritizing so if you are the one having the emergency, you can count on them!Great job guys...keep it up!

Our new home in Port Colborne needed a few emergency plumbing repairs and James Sherk responded promptly, helped us pinpoint the problems and recommended three different solutions. We selected the one we liked best and he and his crew had the work done within the week. One job required adding heat to a unheated work area to protect the pipes from freezing and James even donated a like new base board heater and arranged an electrician. I would highly recommend Sherk Plumbing and Heating.

Sherk is my landlord’s preferred plumbing contractor and they have performed services at my residence several times. They are always prompt and professional. The latest work involved repairing/replacing the exterior sewer line and several different employee/contractors with Sherk performed the work over several days. In particular there were several younger men who demonstrated an excellent work ethic and providing good service. Due to limited space, some of the excavated dirt had to be placed into my gardens; it was removed very gently and my gardens and plants were left looking like terrific. Highly recommend this company.

The last 2 times I called them they were too busy to come. So unless you can book your plumbing a month ahead dont bother. Call someone else.

Poor quality and unprofessional.

Showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, gave me two options for repair, performed the least expensive first to see if it solved my problem, it did. Very respectful, removed shoes upon entering my house, both John and his assistant were very professional, he followed up on the work he had done and email an invoice which was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company from my experience.

Beware of Sherk Plumbing and Fleecing! He grossly overcharged us based on the industry standard. We requested to see cost of materials and hours logged but he refused. His apprentice and a grade 11 co-op student did the bulk of the work. It took him 10 months to complete the work a 4 to 6 week job based on industry standards. The number of screw ups are too many to list. I have reported him to the BBB the College of Trades and the TSSA. Avoid him at all cost!
