Would give 0! The doctor here is rude and contentiously cancels appointments then when you voice the issue they return with an abuse letter. And the pharmacist is just as rude and only protects their employees.

Dr. Varsha Singh....rude, careless. Indians doctors should also be given training on customer service and communication skills. She was so disrespectful in front of my own 8 yr old kid.
