Attempted to get factory recall service done. No communication from this place whatsoever. Phone calls, emails, all ignored. Was hoping to buy a newer car soon, I will go elsewhere for my business.

Traveling for work and something came loose under my vehicle. When I got over 50 MPH it vibrated the whole SUV. I knew it had to get fixed before I had to head home (350 miles).They took a look and were able to reattach the offending piece causing the trouble and I was on my way in just under an hour.Thank you for a quick and honest fix to get me back home!

Do not bring your car here for a/c service. We have brought our car 3x's 8n the last 3 years. They have no clue. Add coolant, then they say replace compressor with a quote over $75 what they said and then a $330 bill the 3rd year because that canrbfigure it out. after we marked call for a quote. They are a train wreck. That place is so close to being done. No costomer service.btheir rep said a 12 month warranty. I said the dates and he back paddled. He can't read a calendar.b

We were traveling from NC and having an issue with my F-150. I stopped in and asked if they could take quick look. Rich, the mechanic, came out and assessed our issue. He took time to explain the issue and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us reassurance (and while not ideal) we should be able to get home. This was all done as a helpful gesture and we were on our way. Thanks again! A+

Brought my truck in to have the engine replaced, was told turbos were good. Took about 4 months to get my truck back. As soon as they finally got the engine in, they call and tell me my turbos are bad. I then went to pick it up, leave the dealership with it after driving about 200 miles the exhaust falls apart. The exhaust clamp was not tightened and it was held up with wire instead of the exhaust hangers. Called and all I got was an “oh well bring it in again and we will take a look at it” Will not be going back there to have work done to my truck.
