They told me 5 to 72 hours for approval. Then when I called them to enquire just a few moments ago, the guy was ignorant and rude and told me to go to easy home !! Maybe I will and maybe they'll appreciate my business. AVOID GOING HERE !!!

Their everyone approved" slogan is boarding on faulty advertisement called to find out about it and they want all kinds of stuff including a credit check. Everyone approved is pretty much a lie on top of that the guy I was speaking with was VERY rude sounded like a real goof will not be bringing my buisness there Easy home has much better service and a better process no credit check actually everyone approved have rented from them before with no problems the guy even said he rents from there he knows there process called me a liar straight up very BAD service."

The Staff at Smart Choice are the greatest they are all always so very helpful. The products they sell are top notch. The guys who deliver the furniture are so friendly and care about safety and make sure they leave your home the way they came in. I totally recommend doing your rent to own shopping at this great store.

Smartchoice is always there for my and has always met or exceeded my expectations. Sylvie is the most amazing representative and always has answers to any of my questions or concerns. Jose is great! During the isolation he delivered my tv and was very professional and took steps to protect himself as well as myself in the delivery. I coyld not ask for two better reps of this company.

I called the store to inquire on a purchase of a laptop for my daughter. Vanessa was very pleasant and professional on the phone. She was able to draw up a contract and send it to me to sign and make the payment over the phone. I told her this laptop was an urgent request for my daughter for school. Vanessa worked with me to make it work to have the laptop delivered within hours.

I bought a washer and dryer two years ago, and now that i finish paying on it , i call due that my washer make a lot of noise, i call in to have somebody to cone and look at it , and they gave me a company number that don’t even repair them, so now i have to find someone that does repair Insignia washers and dryers

Think twice before you visit this so called smart choice. Going there was actually the worst choice i ve made.Do not waste your timeThey will make you fill up an application of course with their fake slogan of everyone is approved this is wrong. They lie about prices everyone will tell you their own.telling you that u re approved and later give you a call and say not approved.Making you do multiple stops to the store just for no clear raisons.I think legal actions should be taken against these thieves.they re lobbing and misleading the public.
