As a pet business owner, I deal with many vets on a regular basis and as a pet owner of over 30 years , we’ve never gone to another vet as we’ve always had wonderful experiences with the staff at Edgewood Vet. Special shout out to The amazing staff and doctors. I know how hard you work every day, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Very Friendly! and not over booked so you can’t ever get in like a lot of other places we’ve been to. They take the time to listen and genuinely seem to care about my pets.

I have been taking my pets here for over 20 years. They are always so knowledgeable, kind and gentle with my animals. I will always bring my pets to the Edgewood Vet. even though I no longer live in the neighborhood. They are the best!❤️

Edgewood has amazing people! I needed to have some vaccine documentation updated from my dog's previous visit under a separate owner. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had an up to date copy and verified it with his previous owner. Highly recommend them for their customer service.

From the front desk to the doctors, these people CARE!!! Dr. Vicki is fantastic, and is so great with our furry littles! We’re so happy to have made the switch to Edgewood, just fantastic all around! Thank you for caring so much!

The staff at Edgewood Vet are so wonderful with all of my pets. They are especially great with my cat who gets very stressed any time I have to put him in the carrier to take him to the vet. They are so gentle with him and help calm him down during what is a very stressful time for him.

I unfortunately had to put my 12 year old dog to sleep on June 20th 2023. Edgewood Vet was awesome, they took us right back to the designated euthanasia wing, they explained how things worked before and after, they even have a door in the room to the outside you leave from so you don't have to wall through the waiting room. All the ladies were helpful and compassionate, I wish I could remember their names so I could thank them properly.

Unfortunately I made an appointment for my two cats to be established and given rabies vaccination. I was extremely Specific that, that was all I wanted when asked. Stating I’d give them to them myself. My friend dropped off the cats and asked how much to purchase the vaccines, his question was never answered, my cats were taken back. He was then given things to sign without explanation AFTER the cats received the vaccines and charged my account 300$! After calling them to go over the bill I was offered a 12$ discount and my friend was implied to be untruthful. I work with large amounts of money and legal contract daily I assure we have better things to do then make up incompetent behavior from other individuals. What has been done here is just unethical and rude. I did not want the vaccinations for a reason. My two cats hardly seem alive, they will not eat they will not drink and now they are growling at my family members trying to love them, and vomiting up bile. Thank you for that. I paid for my cats to be sick and hopefully not due is what I feel like. Please read reviews you’ll find this is pretty common.I wasn’t aware it was the same place but my sisters dog was examined so well the bill was astronomical, she was told her dogs fine, her dog died and she’s two years later still paying the debt. Business to business.. you should be ashamed.

I’ve been through quite a few vets, and that’s less of a bragging point than you think. With a dog with late-stage kidney disease and a mixture of heart problems, she requires constant care and attention, and it took me at least three vets before I found our match.When everyone else said they couldn’t take us, when my dog was too senior and too high maintenance, Edgewood Vets did. They took us in as clients, and agreed to meet with us upwards of three times a week. So I see them quite often! And let me tell you, there’s no more friendly of a clinic!Sierra is more organized than I think anyone gives her credit for. Michael is so bubbly, you’d swear he’s the best friend you never had. And Hailey’s a laugh! I wouldn’t leave her alone, except she has to work.And although there’s a larger team of people I can brag about, I don’t want to talk too much. But I want people to understand how difficult it is to find a vet clinic that isn’t maxed out with clients, who still have the time for clients to call with questions (and call back!), and who can still fit us in during an emergency when the emergency vet clinics have wait times over 8 hours or can’t accept new patients.They’re always willing to take care of my senior puppy, and with the care and attention they show her, you would think that she was theirs! Good thing they already have Puppy for their office pet.Anyone who doesn’t join this community would be bananas!
