We used Techstone for our office building in downtown Ottawa. Instead of spending huge amounts replacing the original terrazzo they were able to bring it back to life. Excellent results that far surpassed our expectations and ended up saving us alot of $$. They were also able to complete the work with very little disturbance to the tenants. Good communication, very thorough and detail oriented -- not to mention Lawrence's everlasting smile. I look forward to working with their team again soon.

Excellent service. There were some issues with our granite (because we waited too long between sealings) and the after sales service was amazing. We had numerous support calls and visits, even assistance via Facetime, on week-ends and evenings. They made sure we are satisfied. Now our granite looks great again. We highly recommend TechStone.

I did a lot of research and got estimates. Tech stone had the highest credibility from the BBB and reviews were overwhelmingly fantastic.We had 600 square feet of travertine tile that had no maintenance for the past 11 years. Andrew and his team were extremely professional and took the time to explain. Everything. Amazing service. On time. On schedule. Well mannered. Good pricing. Overall, I would not hesitate even one second to recommend this company. I will use them again in the future for maintenance for sure.

The TechStone managers and staff responded to our request efficiently and professionally. Their assessments and recommendations on tile sizes, styles and trends, and their grout colouring and cleaning gave us options to consider that saved us hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in renovation and decorating costs. We recently had Lawrence Sena and his team (Emilie, Andrew and Tim) complete a number of projects in our home, including cleaning floors in the kitchen, eat-in area, powder room, sun room, laundry room and master ensuite. We have textured tile floors in the kitchen/eat-in area and powder room and so much dirt had accumulated in the small grooves and crevices, and the grout was so dirty it looked gray rather than cream coloured. There were also two cracked tiles in the kitchen which needed to be replaced. In addition, I had put a shine" product on the floors in the master ensuite and laundry and there were places where the product had worn off and it made the whole floor look spotty

We were considering re grouting our older kitchen floor but Techstone came to the rescue! Lawrence and his team cleaned, stained and sealed our grout and the results were amazing for a fraction of the price of re grouting, and avoiding major disruption! Looks like a new floor was installed! Andrew worked his magic on our granite counters and a stained, dull marble floor in our ensuite. A truly professional group totally committed to customer satisfaction! I highly recommend Techstone!

They gave me a quote for refinishing and sealing my concrete countertops, and despite some challenges out of their control, delivered a quality finish and stayed true to the quoted cost. After much research, we decided to employ the services of TechStone to clean and restore our ceramic tile in five rooms of our 8-year old home.We decided to add grout colour sealing to enhance the original grout colour and to prevent future staining and discolouring.The company was able to complete the job in one day.The company provided us with very specific after care instructions.We were so pleased with the services of Lawrence, Emily and Fernand. They were extremely hard working, polite, respectful and were very sensitive to COVID 19 restrictions.We would wholeheartedly recommend this company to other homeowners looking to enhance their ceramic tiles either for their own satisfaction and/or to increase the resale value of their home.We couldn’t be happier with the end result!!!

Techstone Canada was great to work with. Andrew, Tim and Lawrence were extremely professional, and worked non-stop to turn my builder-grade concrete basement floor into something I can almost see my reflection in. Their prices were competitive, and the project came in on time and on budget. They took the time to answer all of my questions before I signed the contract. Before starting the job, they took care of taping up plastic sheeting to protect areas that were not going to be polished. They were detail-oriented and ensured the place was clean before leaving. I expected there to be a layer of dust on all surfaces/vapour barrier, but the equipment they used captured all of the dust.
