The customer service and regular internet service of this company is exceptional. After years of struggling with limited internet, they have met our internet needs completely. When you have an interruption of internet your call to “customer service” is answered immediately with an accurate and swift timeline for a fix.

Constant connection timeouts, speeds are about 2.7 other than the 5 I’m paying for, and a HUGE internet drop throughout the day, mornings are fine with usual 40 ping but afternoons/night have anywhere from 120-250 ping. Not recommended

Switched to these guys from Xplornet and couldn't be happier. Speed and reliability are great. Highly recommend giving them a try especially for those in rural areasUpdate: I have had the service for a little over a year now. When it works it's great however lately service is dropping more regularly than I'd like. Sometimes multiple times day
