Tim’s hortons bishop for the last few years has had the worst track record. Between poor customer service and orders being wrong. The women with blonde ish hair that works the food prep is the most consistent person. I know if she’s working than my needs as a customer will be met/ exceeded. If she is not already supervisor or manager I hope she certainly get great raises because she’s holding that place together. If I could rate this solely on her service I would give this place 5 starsSincerely,a customer that’s been going there for years

I used to go alot here and my orders kept getting messed up so I haven't gone in about a year. This am I went and guess to my surprise they messed my order up. Lol I asked for no eggs they added eggs to the sandwich. So I called and mentioned it and the older lady and she said so your calling me to tell you got eggs on your sandwich when you didn't ask for them? As if I was trembling her. Never offered a sorry or may thing just hung up. Yes of course that's what I'm saying I have to throw 12 dollar meal in garbage and somehow I'm bothering you? Great costumer service lol I don't think I'll have the thought to ever go here again let alone in a year. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to by far.

Absolutely terrible Tim Hortons location, and even worse customer service. I don't even know why they keep their mobile ordering running, they can't seem to get an order finished in less than 15 minutes. Today was yet another day where I could have just waiting in the lineup, that went out the door, and still received my order faster than using mobile and standing there for 10 minutes inside the store.They wouldn't even offer me anything for the inconvenience. Simply refunded my order and threw it out right in front of me. Appalling.Customer service for mobile ordering is also abysmal. They simply tell you to go in to the store and talk to a manager, which clearly has zero effect, because the in-store staff don't care enough to offer discounts or refunds for inconvenience like they used to. Which is probably why they stopped doing it externally, and figure most will just not bother.

Me and fiance go here frequently before our trips to visit family. I'm definitely going to reconsider and go to a different location. It is truly a gamble every time. You never know if you will get your order made correctly or if it will be wrong. Most times it's wrong. Today, we went through the drive thru and ordered two sausage bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches with a few other things. As we got on the highway, I opened the bag to see only one of the sandwiches AND the sandwich was COLD. It did not have bacon on it either. It's frustrating when you expect the things you paid for to be in the bag and they are not AND not even made correctly.I'm not one to complain or put up a fuss about these kinds of things but this isn't the first time this has happened.The coffee is a hit or miss. You never know if it will be made correctly or not. You never know if you will actually get what you order.Definitely consider going to a different Tim Horton's. From the looks of the other reviews, I'm not the only one that thinks this.

26/01/23Today went through the drive-thru. It took 14 minutes and 20 seconds to order, and another 3 minutes and 15 seconds to receive the order.Total time waiting in drive-thru was 17 minutes and 35 seconds (rounded).2021: The drive through is always full. I usually just drive by because the wait is so long. I'm not sure if it's a result of a great location and great products or just slow service.
