I had a tooth extraction. I found the staff very courteous and friendly. Dr. Keith Nielsen was very knowledgeable and kind and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this dental clinic and Dr. Keith Nielsen. The premises is very clean and the staff very pleasant.

Love the place! The staff is Professional and highly skilled! Especially Carly C. Highly recommend!

PK has been my dentist over 35 years. The level of care and attention he gives me, and I’m sure all of his patients is incredible. I would recommend him to anybody!

I cannot recommend Dr. PK and Carly enough. Complete professionals. By far and away the best dentist and best hygienist I've ever had. Downtown parking is a pain.....but totally worth it! Do yourself a favour, go here!

If I could leave a 0 I would. I had left the appointment incredibly happy and about +90% certain I was going to go with this clinic for a cosmetic procedure after my FREE consultation until I left.I was told it was FREE upon booking, I was told it was complimentary upon checking in, it was repeated by the other receptionist who said ‘there’s no charge it’s a consultation’ even at the end but they still charged me for my FREE consultation.I tried to be as polite as possible, despite being annoyed, and communicated I was informed it was complimentary I hopes they would rectify this situation but receptionist says oh that’s only for one very specific example. Because we had to do an ‘assessment’ for your consultation there’s a fee - isn’t that the entire point of a consultation that you need to do a proper assessment to give an appropriate quote?Made me feel used and like it was just a cash grab. I hope the $80 was worth the 10k I was about to spend but will opt to invest elsewhere. Not sure if it was the dentist or the receptionist, or a miscommunication or all of it.Hopefully the clinic takes this chance to contact me apologize but left a very bad taste in my mouth - no pun intended.—Update: The office called back and apologized that day and issued a refund. I appreciate the effort as they could’ve easily ignored it but opted to try and fix the situation. I think that deserves acknowledgement as mistakes are prone to always happen and I’m glad they got in touch.

I have been going to this clinic for years now, and every time, it has always been a smooth experience- from booking appointments, to the actual dental service itself, to payment/claims processing and sending reminders.Just recently I had to come in last-minute for an unexpected incident that needs immediate attention , and they accommodated me right away and made sure my needs are met.I cannot emphasize enough how competent and accommodating the staff and dentist are, they are for me by far a team to beat! I have always mentioned Bow Valley Dental to all my friends as they have my highest recommendations.

I'm very pleased with Bow Valley Dental. I have anxiety around going to the dentist and I'm a self-confessed nervous patient. All of the staff are kind and accommodating.In particular, the office manager exceeded my expectations. She spent a good deal of time to remedy a payment issue, which I very much appreciate.I'm happy to recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist downtown.

Enjoyed my first visit to Bow Valley Dental. Kayla was a great hygienist to talk to and she did an amazing job with my cleaning. Also, had a checkup with Dr. Keith and he too was great to speak to. Have to say outstanding service overall from Bow Valley Dental. P.S. if they ask you to bring an appliance, this means items such as night guard or retainers, and not appliances such as a blender or toaster.
