I have a persistent and chronic neck and shoulder issues and Raul immediately zeroed in on it. The treatment was incredibly helpful. He was able to provide relief that I hadn't gotten with chiro or physio or other massage. He also did some deep cranio-sacral work that relaxed me beyond what I could have expected. He's professional and authentic and really interesting! I wish I lived in Ottawa so I could see Raul regularly. If you do, you are lucky.

I went to see Shayna first to help with jaw pain and headache. The results were immediate! Recently, I lived through a burnout and Shayna helped me navigate this difficult time. I was introduced to Raul by a family member, as I injured my left hip and upper leg. I must say, that I was blown away by Raul techniques. He used Massage therapy along with CranioSacral therapy. Using these 2 combinations, I'm seeing results, and I have no doubt, that Raul will have me back to my old self in no time. CranioSacral therapy was new to me, and I highly recommend anyone to try it. Raoul and Shayna are incredibly skilled massage therapists, adept in many techniques, and they continues to learn new techniques and approaches to provide holistic healing to their clients. After ever visit you can see they truly care about their patients well-being and go out of their way to provide tailored care to each client.
