As a realtor I’ve been through thousands of homes. I can tell which ones have poor design or just lack of thought put into them. I know which ones are designed by Phil, they have a special look and great function.When it was time to design our next home for our growing family there was no question as to who to go with. Phil had a ton of great suggestions, he was awesome to work with, always listened to what we had to say and we love the finished design… even after we asked him to change the exterior we ended up reverting to his original because it was better. Definitely recommend.

We have had a fantastic experience working with Phil and his team. My wife and I are building a lake house on Lake Erie, and we were referred to Phil by our builder. Phil showed us some pictures of Hampton-style" homes that he had designed on Lake Michigan and we really liked this style. He then created a unique custom drawing for our home
