Rude customer service, they like to blame others for their mistake. Their website isn't working properly, it's our side. The load shifted, it's our fault for not building the pallet correctly. They double stacked and our pallet was crashed, blame us for not putting a sticker Do not double stack"."

These guys hold exactly zero responsibility when it come to losing small businesses products and non delivery. I’ve never had the displeasure of dealing with a more inept company. If you are a small business do yourself a huge favour and try not to use Clark. They have zero customer service and zero business acumen. If I had more time away from my small business I would absolutely use the courts to get my money back for services not rendered.

Quote request form does not work. Emailed for a quote. No reply. Called. Told the non functional quote request form is my only option. Frustrated and disappointed.

Backwards company, very draconian. Poor working practices, micromanagement, and very unethical. There are a few genuinely nice people there, but overall, i would not recommend this business.

As a one person small business owner I have been charged $175 on two different occasions for ONE box and last time $218 for a few boxes.The last one I signed off on $142.76 , and they decided to charge me $218.00 instead without my permission.Be warned everyone.Way to stick it to small business .

Not a good place to work, management is always looking for a reason to come after you, anything that goes wrong gets blamed on the warehouse staff, they like to play favorites" with certain people that they like and the ones they don't like walk around with a target on their back. No incentive to work here whatsoever other than your paycheque. Much better warehouses to work for out there

What a nightmare! Seriously, a number of the drivers push their weight around younger females so as to avoid work. Unwilling and not helpful with challenging storage areas. Even left one order outside. Repeatedly a disappointment on average once or twice every couple of months.Today a driver pushed over a stack of supplies, kicked a garbage can in anger and broke a fan in the process. Also left his pallet with garbage at the loading doorway. Any company that uses Clark Freightways is in jeopardy of losing business.
