Unfriendly, insulting and outright rude. Salesperson made us stand at the reception didn't even invite us to sit looked annoyed about answering my quesitons. Made me feel like I am not worthy of buying a toyota car in 5 mins conversation.

Serge Dormevil is very helpful and attentive to what his customers need. He knows what he is doing. He knows about the products that he is selling so he can give the best advice as he could to his customers.I went to different Toyota dealer, and most of the seller do not even care to answers my questions. They do not even knows about their upcoming product. But Serge Dormevil at Alix Toyota is different. He take time to get the information and explained to his customers. Also He always keep me posted when there is a news about my order and provide me the best service as he could. Very pleased with his service.
