They were an absolute nightmare to try to deal with. Spoke with the owner Andy and sales rep Dean ahead of time to sort out how to purchase a Glowforge, only for the card to be declined and to be told that they are ceasing selling to individuals. Nobody seemed to be in concordance with what the others were saying, and they didn't even bother to try to come up with alternative payment methods.Don't waste your time, they're apparently too busy fighting off constant fraud to actually sell things.Edit: In regards to iDesign's response, the credit card order being cancelled was one thing; being then told specifically by them that etransfers were the option to go with instead, only for that not to be true, followed by literally no attempts whatsoever to come up with another solution, but rather to just arbitrarily decide with this order to stop selling to the public... absolutely ridiculous. Why'd you leave that part out of your explanation? Even paying with your suggested method for shipment to the same address was unfeasible. Don't lie to the public.

I cannot post enough positive comments about iDesign Solutions. We (Northern S.S.) have been working with Andy, Dean and team for 4yrs now. They have been available for questions, advice and planning, over and above purchasing contacts. Orders have been accurate, delivered in a timely fashion and attractively priced. iDesign offers great selection of products to choose from at great rates. You must go through the iDesign team before you fulfil your robotic needs. We have been helped by Mario and Dean's over the years for our Robotic Research Project needs.
