Our advisor has not been completing our requests in a timely manner. We found out 3 days before a grant deadline that he didn't complete something we asked him to do 18 months ago. Fortunately we went to another Financial Institution and had the situation resolved immediately. Our IG advisor then tried to blame us. We will likely all accounts from IG. Invest elsewhere, zero confidence with IG.

I can't express deeply enough how far you should stay away from IG. They may have rebranded, but they haven't changed.To give you just one example. The only 5 star reviews are 100% fraudulent. Jamie and Branden both work at IG. I would love to know what plan" you put in place for yourself that was so mind blowing Jamie."

My family has been clients for almost 10 years. We didn't need very much from them, but still we've never had great service. We were constantly bumped from one advisor to another and now I learn that we no longer have an advisor from this location who will meet with us. We have to call a national service center that only opens until 3pm. Ridiculous.
