Very happy with the work they did for us. They were very professional, the work was high quality, and done in a timely manner. They also took a lot of care to make sure other areas of our home were not impacted by work. Did a great job cleaning up when they left, would never know they were there. We are very happy with the work, it looks great.

When work was needed on your house. They came quickly the work was done in record time. When the work was done they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

I recently had a flood in my basement and The Restoration Network was recommended to me to help address the situation.I can't say enough GOOD things about my experience with them! When I called and spoke to Geoff he was immediately responsive to my situation and came out to assess the problem and damage. He and his staff immediately sourced and addressed the issues. He also interfaced with my insurance company to address everything I needed for the claim process. He and his staff are incredibly honest, responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After our Master Bathroom flooded our bedroom and living room, I was really nervous as we had never had to deal with insurance or restoration companies before.Geoff and Konrad were incredibly professional, walking me through every single step, providing me with a flexible timeline and ensuring we were ok with everything as work progressed (my husband works away, so I dealt directly with all of the work/workers).Our flood happened right before COVID hit, so as work had to stop, they continued to check in on us and do what they could to ensure we had what we needed until work could start again. Once we got the green light to start work again, they got it done super quickly and efficiently, again ensuring we had what we needed.They went above and beyond for our family, and I am incredibly grateful for how easy they made it for me, as I dealt with it all while being home alone with my kids.Thanks guys!You’ll always have a #1 Fan here!
