We would like to say a big thank you to Heather and AC Flooring. We had a film covering our vinyl floor planking we purchased from AC Flooring that would not come off with regular washing. Heather spent a lot of time researching possible solutions and found one.She personally then came to our house and applied the product to the entire floor. We are extremely happy with how our floors look now and would highly recommend Heather and AC Flooring to anyone looking to purchase new flooring.Jim and Joan

We were recommended to AC flooring by our daughter who had a total basement renovation. Heather was very knowledgeable and helpful. The flooring she helped pick was perfect! Furthermore, the installers were very professional and efficient when installing the carpet and vinal on 3 flights of stairs and 3 bedrooms. Amazing job!!! Very happy and would not hesitate recommending AC Flooring!

Brian and his staff were absolutely fabulous. Brian was so patient with us as we picked out our flooring choices. It was a new build plus a garden suite so lots of choices to be made. He respected our budget and guided us in the right direction. The installers were very professional and clean. We also had our tile back splash in the kitchen thru AC Flooring which also turned out great! Thanks so much for making this part of our build stress free. So happy with the results!!!

We've dealt with AC Flooring quite a few times over the years and we just love dealing with Heather! She's amazing and has helped us with the flooring at 3 separate residences in our family. She goes above and beyond, has a very high attention to detail, and is just a pleasure to work with! We've had some dealings with other members of the staff there and she's definitely our favorite. So, if you deal with AC Flooring, ask to deal with Heather!

We purchased new carpet for our basement reno from AC Flooring and had it installed. Amazing experience from start to finish. From the employees in the show room to the install and everything in between. There is not a single part of the whole process that I can think of that could have gone better. Nothing at all that I could possibly of for constructive criticism. Keep up the great work AC Flooring!

This past summer we ordered flooring through Heather. She was knowledgeable and kind, and helped us choose the right flooring for our home. The shipment came in a timely manner. Use the company work truck to diagonally park across 2 wheelchair accessible parking spots to make a liquor store run. Can't speak to their flooring installation, but the conduct makes me never want to utilize their service

we had two rooms done install done buy Hamm installations , they did such an excelent job we we would definitely get them to install again , they are busy and can see why there work is second to none . But definitely worth waiting for . Also Dustyn Kolababa was our salesman took great care of us will see him next time we need flooring , for sure . thanx again .

We've had three jobs done by AC flooring so far. I'd definitely use them for detailed work. Heather looked after us really well.Project 1: LVT on concrete/bathroom floorWas a simple enough job to do, but had to get some self-leveling done to do a proper job of it. Overall, not too crazy of a job, but it was done well. LVT tile was a bit of a sporadic color difference between different tiles, so the installer (Tony) did a good job in making sure the orientation and pattern-ish looked good.Project 2: Custom tile in Enclosed ShowerPicture of this job was just the tile specifications that I sent (didn't have a picture on my phone still). For the tile work we had done, the installer did perfect in adjusting to the 'unknown' variables that weren't included in the specified patterns (half-wall shelf in shower tile job, he ensured the tile pattern was based on the top lip of the half-wall, so it was a clean job all the way around).Project 3: Carpet tile in 3-season solarium/sunroomPretty gutsy carpet tile selection, but it worked well and was installed well. Heather took us through carpet tile options, and highlighted this brand as its actually a lot softer than others. A bit more cost, but given this sunroom would have a lot of bare feet/socks, we didn't want a commercial-feeling rough carpet tile.All in all, Heather has looked after us well, and we'll look to her in future projects. AC Flooring might not be a bottom dollar quote for a job, but for what is usually a job you are looking at for years to come, it makes a fair bit of sense to pick someone who you can trust to get the job done well.

Impossible to get them to do a proper job can call them every week for months and they will not fix the cracks they left in my floorDwain says he is sending someone over next week but they never show up to fix itThey always have some excuse why it's not their faultHere are pictures of about half the cracks they left when installing the flooringI would give a zero but one is the lowest rating allowedHere is an up date April 12th '18It's been 20 months since my floor was installedAfter calling everyone involvedAnd a.c. flooring about a hundred timesI'm not exaggeratingFinally they redid the floor for the second time and it looks much better this timeBut for them to comment here telling me to call the store???Like I haven't done that 2-3 times a week for months on end with no results alreadyAnd dwian told to to stop calling
