Bourgeois Midland Hyundai

Recently just purchased a new Santa Fe from our local dealership here in Midland, Ontario. My salesperson Tom was a huge help in going through everything, answering any questions I had, getting it all done quickly and still is ensuring great support by checking in to see if any new questions arise. Very friendly and easy to converse with. Olivia in finance was also very friendly and helpful in helping to clearly answer any question I had, and made it quick and painless to go through the paperwork. Overall, a great customer experience and I am impressed!

I recently purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Bourgeois Hyundai. The purchasing experience was as pleasant as it could be when buying a new vehicle. Our salesperson, Tom Murray, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Hyundai vehicles, as well as many other manufacturer's vehicles. This is very useful when comparing vehicles prior to making such a large purchase.I highly recommend Bourgeois Hyundai and Tom for your vehicle needs(or wants). You will not be disappointed.

In the end, it took some time but the management team at Midland Hyundai turned our experience from good to poor right back to great. So thank you guys for that.Following a full positive outcome of the issues that were resolved, I plan to leave a positive BBB review for this location as well.Bruce was very courteous when it came time to deal with a quote, answered all my questions promptly and offered to stay after hours for our visit from out of town because we would not be able to arrive before they closed that Saturday evening.This location was the best at customer service and that is why I was not bothered to drive two hours to meet them in person, test drive the car and ending up buying it that evening. I think Bruce was surprised that we were so keen on buying and he genuinely wanted to know why we made that long trip when there were many closer dealerships to us. In the end, it was not only about price, but prompt responses from Bruce, clear answers to all our questions and most importantly, we did not feel pressured by him.My experience here was satisfactory and I would recommend to others.We also had a positive experience with Olivia who set up the financing. Together they make a great team.

Went in for my windshield replacement. Every advisor I spoke with was very polite and professional. They even got the work done earlier then expected and were very hospitable while I waited at the dealership. Amazing experience for sure! Definitely recommend.

I was very satisfied with my service from Dan and Olivia! Dan was always quick to get back to me regarding anything Ineeded. He always greeted me with a smile and was helpful with every aspect of my purchase.Olivia was also friendly and helpful and my paperwork was completed with perfection.My only concern/complaint was with the company as a whole not being able to provide me with any incentives as I have received in the past with other car purchases. I was hoping to get some winter mats or winter tires included with the price of my vehicle.Otherwise, a good overall experience.
