The 5 stars are for their tasty egg custard tarts! I love the traditional ones and these goodies are a perfect treat.

Authentic + savory Natas (custard tarts) and Malassadas (portuguese donuts). Not to even mention their tosta mistas (toasted ham and cheese sandwich) tasted just like what id expect my breakfast to be like back in Portugal. Impeccable taste and great service

We grabbed some chicken from next door than picked up some dessert from here. We tried the standard Portuguese tart and the ones with fruit. The standard tart was excellent. It had a flaky well done pastry with a filling that was not too sweet, a balanced flavour and a nice creaminess. It was caramelised just right. I find some other places are overly sweet or just too lemony. The ones with the fruit were okay but did not add to the experience, I plan to stick to the standard.

I had an espresso and a peanut butter tart. Espresso is an old school dark roast. Peanut butter tart was very yummy.

Was eagerly waiting for this bake shop to open to get some custard tarts and I was not disappointed! Not only do they have the standard flavour but they also like to get fancy and make different flavours too! There is also a lovely selection of other tasty goodies and knowledgable staff to help you make a great selection!

Very tasty and not too sweet Natas and Queijadas with a lot of different favours! Both of them are authentic! We will visit in the future!

Natas are mediocre and tastes underbake. Do you even make the custard? It tastes like the commercial stuff you get in the tube.It was the afternoon and owner will grill you down if you park in front the store, when you go in he’s all smiles. I bought some tarts and decided to walk to the shop next door for some chicken which was dry. Then I left to go to Frenchie’s donuts. I came back and the owner had the audacity to tell us we could get towed because he doesn’t know who is in the store. Hello? We just bought custards from your store and walked away for a couple of minutes. There were 5 free parking spaces around me and the store was still empty.Owner said eating a custard a day will make you happy, he lied, it tastes like disappointment.

What a cozy place and amazing bakery. I craved Portuguese custard tarts and found this shop on Google maps. Excellent creamy custard tarts with light crusty bottoms. I guess, they are one of the best in Toronto. One can taste the quality and good ingredients.I would like to return and try other pastries and their coffee too.Thank you for the great products that make people happy ! :)
