Had a wonderful experience today upgrading my phone. Shana assisted me, answered my questions and explained the contract. She did all the transferring, found the kind of case I wanted, applied the screen protector. All of this while we chatted and enjoyed a few laughs. Since the data transfer was slow, I went and did a few errands and Shana notified me when the phone was ready. Lucky for me it wasn't a busy time. Thanks to Shana for a great experience!!

I needed a new phone and was having issues transferring from my old one to the new one. Went in and saw Alison and she was amazing, helped me transfer all my data over and because it took awhile due to the old phones issues, made the time it took very enjoyable. Super friendly and knowledgeable, Alison got me on my way and the new phone took the transfer, all was right and I met an incredible person. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and I will definitely be purchasing my devices from this Prairie Mobilr from now on. Highly recommend it to anyone

We just bought a Samsung Phone from here. Tyson was our rep and he was very courteously and friendly....met us at the door with a big smile. He set up the phone as he explained everything about the phone and how things work. I will definitely be back to my get a new phone when my renewal term is up in mid Aug. so a gift card would awesome to win. Thanks again to Tyson and team Prairie Mobile.

Went to upgrade my phone as well as transfer an account to my name, Tyson was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and very fast. It was quite busy so there were a few people waiting and he handled it very well and was extremely efficient in helping everyone out at the same time as much as he could without sacrificing customer service! Absolutely would recommend Warman Prairie mobile, especially if you can get Tyson to help you out. 10/10 going to continue coming back for my future upgrades.

Went into get a new phone and contract since my 2 year was up. Whilst I was waiting for everything to be set up Shana and I had a great little chat about summer plans and what we look forward to during the summer months. Was by far the best experience I've had while getting my phone upgraded. It took an hour for everything to go through but she made it feel like 10 minutes!

This has honestly been the best place I have been to when getting a new phone!! I had Alison helping me and it was quick and seamless .. everything transferred to my new phone very quickly … and the promo deals are awesome! She also made sure the plan was still working good for me. Very nice and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone shopping here !
