Mercedes-Benz Granby

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I drove it to my home in New Brunswick only to discover that the rear transfer case was leaking. The sales agent insists that a full safety inspection was performed on the vehicle, but I find it hard to believe that a rear transfer case leak would be missed. Now I'm left with a $2000 repair bill and no compensation from the dealership. I cannot return the vehicle as I live 1000kms away.

Devoted staff, always bend over to please customers specially Mathieu, Philippe, Richard from service department as well as Guy and Meïa from sales. The car is good but those guys are top notch.

The whole process was seamless from beginning to end! Staff at the dealership was super friendly & helpful and my car buying process couldn’t have gone better!Kevin walked me through everything I needed to know, he was awesome. I purchased from out-of-province, and Marco made sure I was all setup before arriving to pickup my car.I showed up and left with the vehicle in about 30minutes! So happy with my new car!These guys are awesome.

Terrible, terrible customer service!!! DO NOT go to this dealer. I wanted to purchase a used BMW M4 from them. I went to their website and the “chat” box came up. I asked for someone to contact me at my phone number. A guy named Guy answered and said he would. A week later, he never did, after asking a 2nd time.I called and spoke to Yannick, he asked me to send a copy of my drivers licence and someone would contact me. 2 days later I had to send him an email for a follow-up. He then says : “We can’t help you, we did a check of your Equifax” Why didn’t he contact me to tell me that? And why did he not ask for more details about my situation? He didn’t know the details of my credit history, he didn’t know if I was willing to put a downpayment of more than 50%..he knew NOTHING about me.I guess they don’t want to sell cars. Wonder if it’s because I’m English or from Ontario. I saw MANY negative reviews and one also mentioned this. Don’t waste your time with these people! Too bad I can’t give them a ZERO star review.

Very ignorant managers. After filing up their form for Carfax request a couple of times and waiting for a week in vein to receive nothing.

Very Bad service never pick the phone ,called 7-8 times leave message after couple of days they will call back when you call from out of province then it is terrible no care about you. On the phone system there is no english option you don't know which key you have to press for leaving a message because everything is in french no respect for the out of province people I am calling them almost more than 15 days to deal to buy the Mercedes GLC 300 SUV never responce on time no proper answer. On the website it shows certified vehicle but when you deal with them then they will tell you have to pay more 1995 for the certification then why they post the price on the website and it shows certified vehicle if you ask something they will tell you give 5 minutes I will call you back after talk to the manager no will call you back manager never wants to talk to you I asked the guy that I am coming from Toronto more than 6 hour drive how i pick the car they told me that delivery charge may be $500 or $ 600 and told me that they will check with the manager nobody calls back I am calling 3 times and leave message and email them that please call me after 3 days I got an email that GLC 300 was sold .So dis-appointed .NEVER EXPECT FROM MERCEDES THAT THEY HAVE SO WORST THAN WORST SERVICE.

I had Anthony help me out because I was looking at picking up a used Honda Fit they had in stock, he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and although I left a deposit and decided that I wanted to go a different route because of a few features the car was missing they had no problem refunding my deposit. This is the way dealerships should act and everyone should take a lesson from Granby Mercedes. They are a class act and hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership.
