Britt's Auto and Audio

Unprofessional at best.

* met me in a school parking lot and brought a 6 year old with her to help her.*took her 6 and half hours (only was suppose to be 1 1/2 half)* blew a fuse so my reverse lights were not working*didnt install the screen correctly fell off after leaving*use wrong wires*didn't install back up camera and took payment for it all* does not return txt,calls or fb msgs

I have an Android radio to be installed, I got it as a Christmas gift. I didn't think it would be a big deal to get done out here in Scarborough, but I was wrong. I went to two separate shops, and they both said no to me - Android radios don't work, they'll mess the car up etc. I found Britt on Kijiji, and messaged them on the website. Then, I didn't hear from them (no worries, not in a rush) so I followed up on Instagram. They were really helpful, and pointed me to someone in Toronto who could help get my radio installed! The other shops had no recommendations besides buying a Kenwood or JVC, which would be fine if I didn't have a radio already. I would highly recommend contacting Britt's!!!

Brittany was very professional and did an amazing job on my car audio installation. It sounds amazing !
