Our first contact was for a repair assessment on an old Ac unit. Ended up replacing the single unit with split units (2). Very friendly, the experience was a good one. We were sold Goodman split units that offer heating as well as air conditioning. Units were purchased/installed during the summer. Come fall, one of our units stopped working (no heat). The defective parts were replaced (assuming replaced with new parts). Despite this the unit did not operate as new. ACL Climatisation seemed genuinely willing to resolve the situation and they did. The defective unit was finally replaced. Hopefully our units will work for many years to come. Again, the service provided was very good, the only disappointment was the issue mentioned above. We all want what we paid for to work at the start.

Very impressed with Anthony's service. Showed up at 9:00pm during the hottest day in the summer - a few week's back when my A/C died. Diagnosed what he thought was the problem quickly. He was correct. Replaced the capacitor. In and out within 30 minutes. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

they did my landlord's house with a high efficient 18 of Seers Central system and replaced my gas furnace with a high efficient electric furnace. took them less than a day and machine runs perfectly fine so far, the only thing that runs is the heat pump outside very happy. It has been 3 months since the installation was done.

J'ai fait affaire avec Anthony et j ai eu le meilleur service que je pouvais espérer.. l'année passée une autre personne d une autre compagnie est venue juste remplir le gaz et partir sans rien checker, ca n a pas tenu une heure.. Anthony a découvert pas une mais deux fuites dont une au grenier pas facile d accès, il a pris le temps de faire ça dans les règles de l art et à vérifier ma deuxième unité qui était fonctionnelle juste par précaution.. super service vraiment excellent ! Merci énormément !
