I ordered Telus tv, wifi and home security over two weeks ago now before we moved. Tom Harris at eagle landing assured me my modem, tv box and security package would arrive before we moved. It didn’t. I called and Tom Harris at eagle landing and they directed me to call *611. I did. After an hour I learned my modem had not shipped. It was 5 days late. Fine. A couple days went by and I received the home security package and no modem. I called back. 90 minutes to find out the modem hasn’t shipped. They can’t tell me when it will. Wtf…. I received a $100 credit for a service I don’t have and can’t use.Calling to cancel tomorrow. Don’t buy Telus from there or at all. Total joke

Hannah went above and beyond helping me with issues I was dealing with regarding my phone and home internet. Seriously, humans like her are few and far between. This gal deserves 10 stars. She was a bright light in a really rough few days moving with 2 young children during snow delays. Somebody give her a raise!
