This wellness spa in Owatonna is superb. The owner/operator Tracy is one of a kind.She provides great care to customers each time I have visited. RED Wellness Spa provides great pain therapy treatment options that I can speak to personally as I was recovering from a recent knee surgery. The staff is very knowledgeable and always represent such a positive energy to their roles.Thank you RED Wellness for your help on my road to recovery without knee pain.

Red Wellness Spa is such a great place to come Relax but yet help with pain management, detoxing, and just unwind! The mini facial you get with your Red Cocoon Fitness pod is such an added Bonus to your relaxing experience! I am so glad we have it available in Owatonna!! I can’t love this place enough!

Shout out to the wonderful Katelynn on my amazing eyelash & brow transformation! I went from looking like I had no eyelashes or brows to actually being able to see them and having to wear mascara! I would highly recommend a lash lift & tint to anyone who doesn’t want to have to wear mascara everyday! The salon itself is very clean and you get a feeling of relaxation as soon as you walk in, plus the employees are super amazing and friendly as well!
