I had the best experience with Skye and their customer service.I got 2 different pairs, one pair of boots which are weather proof and the other pair is sneaker loafers.. I love them both.I received the Sneakers in my correct size but they seemed too large still and the Skye team did an amazing job replacing them for me, providing me a shipping label and making it very easy.

Customer service is outstanding for any issues. However, these shoes are not worth the $$. The inside soles are so thin you can feel anything on the cement, like a small pebble. They're comfortable and support so the functionality of the shoe does what SKYE saids.. But, for the $140 price, no.

First, I brought a pair and I thought it fitted fairly well. Then I decided to buy an exact pair only in different color. Both time the shipment came fairly quickly, within days. The fitting on both shoe fits the same, which was good because I am going to wear different color on each leg. I like how the shoe is fairly taper on the front so it looks very fashionable if you are going to wear shorts or plants. I am also very much to support local Canadian brand. I would 100% buy from the brand again.

I was intrigued that this sneaker was waterproof and also sustainable. I purchased two pair of the Rbutus EL one for myself and my husband. We love them. They are easy to put on and have good support and snug fit with toe wiggle room. I was super excited that I did not have to wait for them to arrive from overseas ...I received them within two days! Another plus was the thank you email from Gary Chang, Founder! Gave me reassurance that they care about customers.

I have ordered 4 pairs of the mens slip on sneakers as a gift. Also, my son has bought shoes from SKYE in the past . The quality, style and fit have always surpassed our expectations. Customer service, especially with Mr. Gary Chang, is exceptional. I highly recommend purchasing from such a well run business.

TL/DR: 12/10 will buy from this company again!My experience with this company has been 0nothing less than amazing. Like others, I discovered the company through the sweatcoin discount code. I also couldn't find where to input the discount and emailed the company. Within just a few hours, I received a reply asking for my order number and by the NEXT DAY they had issued the refund for the discounted amount. So right there is an A+ for customer service.Then I received the shoes. I gave them a thorough test trial by walking a good 40,000 steps within the first two days of having them. And let me tell you... They are very well made. I have collapsed arches so walking can be quite painful, yet the design and insole very effectively held my feet in proper position so I didn't need to add my own insoles as I normally do. Comfortable to drive in; walk in; bike in; run in. Plus all weather wearability.

Never have my size! I've checked multiple times over the past year and have never seen my size available. This must be one of those companies that discriminates on people who wear bigger sizes. Sorry I cannot change the size of my foot! I'd like to take my money else where but I haven't found another company that makes sustainable footwear in as fashionable of a style. Shouldn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to special order" a size that shows in the drop down menu. Maybe one day after enough negative reviews they'll make adjustments."

A day after I got them, I walked them for 3 mi, uphill and downhill. They were so comfortable, light, snug and I got no hot spots or blisters at all. The best shoes I've ever had and will be my to-go and go-anywhere/everywhere shoes! Add to that, getting a thank you email from the founder, Gary Chang, made me feel like special. They obviously care.Will buy another pair soon. Highly recommended these shoes and the shop to my friends.
