I am a regular customer.When I came into the restaurant today it was FREEZING the poor lady working is all bundled up wearing a winter hat etc. This is not the first time I have came here and it's been frigid. If there is a problem with your heating system the owner should supply a heater of some sort so the customers and employees arnt freezing. You could get sick that's how cold it is.. 11 degrees I checked the thermostat me and my father also work in the HVAC industry and it was warm the other day we were here.. Does the owner not care about his customers or employees? maybe should shut the heat off in his house and see how he feels in the middle of a Canadian winter!!!!!

Major health violations . Person working in the kitchen not wearing hair net and having open hair . This could literally damage the integrity of the food . Even a single hair stand into the food is a complete disgust.

First time trying freshii and never again. Rude staff, asked her to make a burrito made a bowl and wouldn’t even accept her mistake and is making the burrito with attitude. If the owner is reading this review please teach your staff some customers service.

Ordered the teriyaki twist and the broccoli wasn't fresh at all, they tried telling me that it was fresh that the broccoli turned brown from being left in the water after cooked. From the best of my knowledge when fresh broccoli is cooked it stays bright green.

Just stopped by this freshii today. I usually go to other locations but today was my first time here, i felt different. It was so clean and the staff was quick and friendly. Food tastes good. Will definitely come back in future!

I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this location. I ordered Budha Satay bowl and the rice noodles were just stick as if they added frozen noodles to the bowl and the whole bowl was flavourless. I have had the same bowl from other locations so I know how it should have tasted. Will never go back to this location. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Best place for healthy food lovers. A bowl full of healthy and fresh ingredients . We tried chipotle and Tex max bowl from their menu. It was really good. And the food potion is pretty good.
