If you like crowded lanes and limited space due consistent swimming clubs / lessons, then this place is for you. Not to mention it’s expensive (relative to other municipalities) and dirty! I mean, this place has more floaties and chunks than a can Campbell’s Soup. Not many things that I hate, except for this pool and the City of Surrey’s management in general. Barf.

Surrey is growing to the point it can outpopulate Vancouver any day. Because of that, it makes sense Surrey should have its own Olympic-sized pool. Full with ten lanes and a 10m tower. However it's more than that. It also has a lot of recreational pools like a lazy river, wave pool and water playground. It also has a unisex change room and a multi-purpose fitness area. Overall an excellent facility. The only thing is that it would not be fair to call it a Natatorium. It's big enough to be one but it has minimal spectator seating. That's a shame because it could be a good host facility for FINA events.

Great place to take the kids or even go alone. They have many diving boards also a slide for toddlers and kids to adults also hot tubs one for adults and one for everyone. Many options for whatever your needs are..Workout gym is upstairs and a small cafe to cater to many people for whatever needs they may have

Lanes are too crowded, no room for public swimming due to regular swim classes/swim clubs! Kids were ignoring the rules and using the hot tubs in the back, lifeguards did not discipline kids who are running around in the adult hot tub area, overall very stressful to be there. Wonder if fitness swimmers can ever use this pool. Please keep in mind this was a taxpayer funded facility and should serve all people of Surrey, which is clearly failed!

It's a pool. It's big. It's only 15$ for my family of 4 to drop in. It's chlorinated.I enjoy going here, the evening after 7pm are the quietest time I've found. Still lots of people but not as packed.

Kids pools were very warm! Hot tub for everyone was also a good hot temp! There’s also a adult hot tub in the very corner and it was a nice temp too. The water levels of the kids pools were ranging from toddler size all the way to adult size. So my kiddos get to play easily. It was overall a good experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy but still fun!

Small change rooms compare to how many people there can be. Kids screaming everywhere even at change room. It’s almost like this is the pool culture here. It’s definitely the loudest pool I’ve been to.

We went a couple time. Always had a good time here. The staffs always nice, really good service. The price is reasonable. A lot of lockers, washrooms and changing rooms. They always take care to keep the area clean so quite happy with this place. They're not allowed to take pics inside so no pics inside to show but you can see everything from outside when you drive pass by the place. A lot of parking spot even charging stations for electric cars

The best GYM center I love to go in south surrey. The space of GYM is spacious, the ceiling is high. Swimming pool and diving pool is suitable for competition, they have pools suitable for family gathering. My kids love to swim here. Very thankful the Surrey government to spend money to build such activities center for our community.

We first investigated this centre during the pandemic, but it was impossible to get access because it had to be booked. Access to swim lessons is a challenge if you’re not quick to book as they open up, but we now use this place for our recreational swim (not lessons). It’s very family-friendly, clean, and safe. My kids love coming here and swimming for hours. The monthly membership for youth is very reasonable, about $22/month per child of you do the annual one..totally worth it! Staff are super helpful. What sets this facility apart is that even when swimming lessons are going on, there is always free swim areas that can be used. When they are open, there is always free swim areas and no times are blocked off. This was what was important for us!
