Great place to have bubble tea and they have a good variety of milk tea, slushies, juice and bubble tea. Various flavors and there's room to sit. They also have cute games at each table. There is parking available right in front of the store as well. They had a great promotion going on too! Pricing was very decent and similar to other bubble tea places in town. Great customer service too! Will be back for sure!

I have been here a couple of times now for bubble tea and there have not been much that stands out. I have tried their matcha latte, seasonal oolong tea latte, and oat milk tea. The ideas behind the flavors are interesting but on the whole, the drinks are sweeter than average (even when getting 30% sugar) and do not have much by the way of tea flavor as it is being drowned out by sweetness, along with the flavors probably being a bit more dilute. Not a place I would run back to get my bbt right away but I would be willing to try some of their fruit based drinks, such as the mango pomelo sago.

We came here when they had a buy one get one 50% off special and wanted to try because we heard the grapefruit tea is good.It was very refreshing and there was lots of fruit inside. We also tried the milk tea which was not bad.The atmosphere is very playful as they have toys on each table and cushions around. We will try to come here more often.

A great first impressions on the establishment and a convenient location. My initial reaction to the menu was overpriced especially the brown sugar drink selections. Please don't be put off if the staff does not smile. The most disappointing about the macchiato was the use of coffee powder which I believe uses an instant coffee mix (highly processed). The tapioca pearls were spot on, the sweetness was just right for a regular drink except for the milk foam on top which was extremely sweet.Overall, I would go back again, but sticking to simple drinks only (milk teas) as specialty drinks are too pricey for me compared to other similar establishments. The loyalty card & location was a plus for me.

Delicious inventive drinks and such great sweet treats to go along with them.I highly recommend the soufflé pancakes, but they’re not always available, they take time to prepare so they’re only available Thursday-Sunday in the afternoon/evening.

Been twice to check out INCHA Tea House. The inside has four tables. Service is a touch slow as there's usually only one worker. Prices are $4.49 to $7.59. They give you a stamp card (buy 7, get the 8th drink free).- Matcha latte ($6.29 large) - light in matcha.- Classic taro bubble milk tea ($6.49 large)- Bubble milk tea ($6.49 large)- Grass jelly milk tea ($6.49 large) - grass jelly slightly herbaceous. Milk tea was alright.- Season oolong tea ($4.99 large)- Brown sugar oat milk ($6.79 large)Decent BBT for the area but nothing at INCHA has been memorable.

Best tasting TAPIOCA PEARL in all milk tea cafes in the city! We ordered the Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea and it was so delicious! The price was a bit higher compared to other similar shops but it was worth what you pay for. Milk tea taste like butterscotch after you mix it with the pearls. They have plenty of tables and chairs inside if you want to hangout with friends and families.

Just tried out the mango soda(star) and lemon honey tea with pearls. The price was around 16. I like the soda but not the tea. The tea tasted like sad and not even cold, even though I asked to put regular ice. The view of the store and the promotion was not bad.

Another great place for a bubble tea in Calgary! This is a small shop along Macleod Trail that sells your typical bubble tea drinks. Run by friendly staff, the menu is varied and priced well. The shop offers a few tables to sit at and even has a few tabletop arcade-y games to pass the time while waiting for your order. Check this place out if you’re craving boba!
