Thought I was booked in for a windshield replacement and showed up only to be met with attitude from the front desk person and a snarky comment that “she didn’t hear back from me and didn’t order the glass”. We already scheduled a date and time and there was one outstanding email letting me know how long they’d need to keep the vehicle and since my email apparently didn’t go through, she didn’t schedule me at all or follow up with me. There was no apology offered or even any acknowledgment for their part in the miscommunication. Very unprofessional! Mobile services are also only offered if you have a heated garage, which seems unrealistic for anyone living within the City. Unfortunately I’ll be going elsewhere as I already had to arrange for a child care and a ride only for the service to not be provided.

I brought in my car in the morning and it was finished by noon. They were professional and had great customer service. They helped me put it through insurance and the process was seamless. Thanks Novus Glass London Northwest!

I have used Novus glass several times now for windshield repairs. They are always able to schedule me in quickly, they are fast and efficient at repairing my windshield, and their staff is always super friendly and lovely to deal with. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a stone chip in my windshield that had developed into an 18 inch crack. I called Novus and spoke to Shane. He was very helpful, explained what I need to do to notify my insurance co. and gave me an appointment for the next morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting room and shop floor. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The repair job was amazing. Thank you to Shane and the Nous team for a great job.

I had a pretty large stone ( I think) kicked up by a truck into my windshield at highway speed. (2012 Ford Escape) BANG!! Geez! I though I'd been shot at. (I-94 in the states at the time). The chip was big and had spider cracks that grew really fast. I knew it was a replacement, but to be honest it cost less than I was expecting to replace the windshield. I didn't bother with making the claim on my insurance, because it came in few cents below my deductible before tax...and I'm sure most know what a pain it is to deal with insurance companies.They did a beautiful job at replacing the windshield and I had the car back within a few hours. I hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I'll be taking my cars back here, for sure. I'm very happy.
