Sweet Acres Pigs Sanctuary

I got to hug the pigs!Visited the Sweet Acres Pig Sanctuary today. The family running the rescue are super kind, friendly and easy to talk to. We felt very welcome and enjoyed feeding the pigs, giving hugs and rubs and feeding the horses. Really had a great time and can't wait to return! This is a great local organization to donate to or volunteer at that helps pigs that are in need or abandoned. Really grateful for this experience.

Such a nice time at the cutest pig sanctuary. Was very informative and my little guy loved interacting with the pigs and running around the property. The neighbors horses even came to say hello at the fence. Call before you go. Bring some veggies and melons to feed the piggies. It's free but there is a donation box to help with costs as it is completely not for profit. All the pigs were rescued or abandoned and Kirsten has given them a home (on top of her 40 hour work week) :) She is incredible!!

What an amazing experience. Kirsten was so friendly and knowledgeable while ensuring every child (and pig) was safe during the visit. Highly recommend checking them out!

I came across Sweet Acres Pigs Sanctuary by chance one day and thought that I would bring my granddaughter there. Well today, we called and Kirsten was having a birthday party for her grandson but welcomed us with open arms to come by and enjoy the party and meet the the pigs! We were reluctant to crash the party but we were so welcomed by her husband, guests and Kirsten herself.....they let the pigs out...we got to meet them and pet them, they are truly amazing little creatures. We will definitely be back with more of our crew...what a wonderful place to visit and thank you Kirsten for your kind and generous soul by taking all these beautiful animals in and caring for them! A definite MUST visit!!

Visited Sweet Acre Pig Sanctuary a couple of days ago and had a great time! The pigs were so cute and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The sanctuary was also decorated so beautifully and Kirsten also gave us freezies!! Thank you and would love to visit again sometime

It was a great experience for our family. The farm is a haven for potbelly pigs. All these lovely pigs adopted often after being removed from terrible circumstances. Kirsten, the owner, is a very kind lady. My son enjoyed a lot to take time in the farm.

My boyfriend decided to surprise me with a visit to Sweet Acres Pig Sanctuary and I fell in love from the moment I arrived. Kristen and her volunteer were so friendly and welcoming. The pigs were adorable and the horses were a bonus! It was so nice to see the different personalities and get to feed and hangout with them. What Kristen is doing for these animals is amazing. I will definitely be back!

Such a great place for little ones to get in touch with nature and hang out with the pigs. Great learning experience! My toddler even got to brush the pigs.
