Jordan has always went above and beyond to make sure our cages are delivered on time for the homecoming of our 2 doggies. not only has he helped me, but my family and MANY friends as well. very respectful, prices are cheaper than anywhere i checked online and in stores and he beats them. i recommend dog crate depot to anyone who needs any items for a dog or a cat!

We found Dog Crates Depot on Kijiji. The initial communication was smooth and effective. We bought a large crate for 120$.The wires were bent after the first night our dog slept in it. We certainly do not expect a crate to be indestructible, but our dog was able to bend the wires just by normal digging and putting his weight on the sides. Our dog was able to escape the crate multiple times, which has never happened before in other crates. The crate ultimately came apart after a week of use. The loose wire cut our dog’s face and paws.When we expressed our disappointment and concern to the vendor after the first night, we were told that we should’ve returned it before we used it. While I don’t think it’s terribly egregious, I also don’t think that is adequate customer service. I really wish we had a better experience.

Just recently bought a crate for my pup and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Not only was it delivered quickly but they have exceptional customer service! I highly recommend to whoever is looking to purchase their first crate.
