if you're looking for good service Don't pick Snow Pro they never Came and both big snow storms I did the driveway myself and the second swipe talk they do it's a joke , I've asked them not to come back and seasons not over yet, the service is that good and whatever bad review you read it's true

When I signed up for service with SnowPro in Oct 2021, the reviews were mixed but I decided to give them a try anyway. Now that I look at the reviews again, the new ones are all negative -- exactly what I've experienced.There were a number of minor issues which I ignored earlier in the season (e.g., not plowing our drive because they hadn't installed the pickets even though I notified them that they weren't there), but the big snowfall in January left me no choice but to cancel my contract with them. After they were done" I was left with a 3 foot tall and 3 foot wide compacted snowbank up against my garage doors. After several attempts to contact them to find out when they would be back

They repeatedly put the snow from my neighbour's property onto mine and block the sidewalk. The snow is so compacted that I cannot shovel it and try to clear as much as possible. They are quite possibly the worse company in Markham.

This is the worst experience I have had from a snow removal company in 20 years. I prepaid back in October 2022 for an always clear service with a response time of 4-8 hours for the full season. They did not show up at all for the first snowfall last week. Yesterday it snowed a bunch and they did not show up. All the houses on my street have the driveways at the back of their house. They just showed up now after 20 hours, multiple emails and unanswered phone calls. They removed a section of snow on my front lawn adjacent to the sidewalk and the public road (to do this they had to physically hop the curb dividing the road and my front lawn). They have wrecked my grass and my driveway is still untouched and not plowed, I cant get my cars out, and they have left the area before we could run out and get their attention. This is unbelievable.

1 Star because no stars is not an optionI am all for supporting local businesses and new companies.I have contracted with the company since 2019/2020 season. They are under contract to clear the snow from my senior parent who should not clear snow and needs clear pathway for service providers or EMS in the event of an emergency.Service was not provided in a timely manner. Communication was poor at best. When large snow falls hit the area, you almost guarantee an email about equipment break downs.The January 2022 storm and the company response prompted me to write this review. As of January 18th @ 12:21pm the driveway was not cleared. My first email was ignored. Second email got a response to tell me their GPS said the crew had been at the house at 2:06pm to clear the driveway. Called to confirm with my senior parent only to discover that was not the case. Phoned AND emailed the company to indicate the information was true and they asked me to send a photo for PROOF. Like a senior citizen would lie about not having their driveway cleared.Creatively found a way to get a picture to Mary (the admin in the office) Sent the photo proof at 3:36 and I had no response from the company until January 19th @ 12:26pm. The response read My manager will be sending someone over within the day to clear the mess

Snow Pro Markham has provided us with terrible service this winter. We have waited more than 24 hours after each snowfall and when they do show up, they make a couple of quick passes leaving us with a clean up job. With the exception of one snowfall, we have shovelled before they arrived because we could not wait any longer. Today the snow stopped by noon. We had all cars off the driveway. My husband is shovelling right now at 5:00pm because no one has showed up yet. I have watched many other services go to my neighbours houses within a couple of hours of the snow stopping. We have had driveway clearing services in the past and this is by far the worse service we have ever had. What a waste of $800 for their premium" service."

Been using Snow Pro the last few years. Their communication is pretty good and when the odd issue has popped up they've been pretty quick to resolve. There are a number of neighbours on my street who have also renewed which I think speaks for itself.

I am still waiting to get my driveway cleaned. I have left many phone and text messages. Its over 12 hours now snow has stopped. There is no message when they are coming. I am really disappointed with their service.

ANOTHER DISSAPOINTMENT.. consistent failure ti abide by their service contract...Jan 18.. 1st major snow storm... and they BLocked the car in the garage..Tenant now wants to be compensated for lost wage and inconvinience.Hours and hours of trying to get a hold of them... and no response...Who even clears snow this way... I gave them another chance.. a total mishap on my part.. added a photo of how they blocked the car in the garage...You have caused a safety hazard now if the front door is blocked or so because of a fire my tenant now is trapped..This drive is a long driveway and can hold 3 cars.. no excuse about space..Give my kid their truck and they can do a better job clearing the snow..Unfortunately their service promise and the actual service ..complete opposite ...I am will make sure I add something for BBB .. they seem to lack the empathy or show any concern towards their customers..BTW city has come through my neighbours company already cleared their driveway ..i have a boulder. .Review from Last year below..Hired snow pro for my rental property this year , highly doubt I would renew their contract, after my last two encounters with them.Last 2 snow falls they have been cleaning my neighbour's driveway, instead of mine .First complaint - got a generic response that someone will be out. No apologies , no acknowledgment . Btw no one came back to clean .Second complaint - this time my email was straight forward in regards to lack of service. Got an apology, excuse and confirmation that someone as on their way 4.30 pm, guess what it's feb 12, 2020 @7 am still waiting for that crew.Their 2nd time excuse- was advised the crew had some issues with their system , which again sounds like an excuse"... they shovelled the front walkway but cleared the snow for my neighbour's driveway ONCE AGAIN.Will be looking for a refund

I have not been impressed at all with this service. I don’t recommend them. They only come once. I have needed to shovel the snow every time it snows because the street snow plow comes by and blocks are cars in. What’s the point of paying for a service when I’m doing the hardest part anyway!?Not only that, the one car in the driveway the truck left a huge MOUND of snow right in front of it making it impossible for the car to be moved. This is rude and inconsiderate of the company.I tried calling rhe company to complain but there was no answer. And when I messaged them over their chat service they wouldn’t give an answer as to when they would be able to come by.They have overbooked themselves. Go with a different company who makes sure they not only plow the snow away but return to manage the street plows at the end of your driveway too.If you get a ticket for parking your car on the street the company will refuse to pay it even though you couldn’t park in your driveway because they couldn’t come by.
