Bigelow Fowler East Clinic

Have been here 3 times and saw two different doctors (two different issues), both doctors were amazing. super friendly, and I felt like they really listened. Got in fast, and got my results very fast as well. If I had to pick a fault it would be the receptionists. It's not that they are rude, but they're not overly friendly either. Other than that I would have given it five stars.

Dr. Mansani was uncaring and arrogant. She scolded me for crying about a serious condition. I felt like I was in her home country treated so badly.

Dr. Horne has really been there through a lot of really difficult medical struggles. The nurse that deals with me every time I come in is super sweet and respectful. The front desk receptionists have always been welcoming and great with me.The only issue I had with this clinic was about 4 years ago. I went in for a swollen lymph node and Dr. Smith tried to talk me into weight loss surgery, then blew off the symptoms I came in for. He talked to me about losing weight for 20 minutes, and then I got charged 75 dollars for the appointment because of a mix up. I was charged 75 dollars to be diagnosed as fat.If not for Dr. Horne, I never would have given this clinic a second chance. I'm glad I did.

Not a walk in clinic as advertised. Change your advertising rather than just slapping a paper sign on the door saying no walk ins" aka be professional."

This clinic is wonderful! The front desk staff are always so nice and very accommodating! If something comes up and I do not have an appointment, they always do their best to get me in that day, even if it is with another doctor. Both my daughter and I see Dr. Roos. She is an amazing doctor! Very patient, and always listens to everything I have to say. She is also very kind and thorough. She cares a lot about her patients. I have never had a better doctor! Her nursing staff is also amazing! Very patient and kind. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. I highly recommend it!

Most of the front desk people are not friendly, kind or warm at all. No wonder why this clinic has a bad rating. When walking into a doctor office it’s very refreshing to be greeted with a kind warm smile, therefore going to the doctors can be very intimidating. But that is not what I experienced when walking into this doctor’s office. Even when communicating, with them on the phone, not friendly at all.

Dr. Smith is by far one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He actually listens to what I’m saying, very thorough and truly has my best interests at heart. A very busy clinic and may be waiting for a while, but always receive excellent care from front desk staff and doctors along with counselling! 5/5 stars!

My family and I see Dr. Crawford here. He's awesome, although terribly busy. He's quiet, listens well, and answers questions thoroughly, although he tends to be conventional. He's practical and offers common-sense solutions but doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist.The clinic has provided great service to us and we've been going here for 4 years. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable, the bathroom is easily accessible, and the receptionists I've dealt with have been polite, friendly, and offer wonderful service. The nurse I've seen has always been pleasant. She's extremely efficient so she doesn't always offer small-talk, but she's nice to my kids and they don't mind coming to appointments.I'd recommend Bigelow Fowler Clinic East over Bigelow Fowler Clinic South any day. I'm perfectly happy here and won't be seeking a new doc or clinic anytime soon.

I have loved this office and due to unfortunate circumstances i had to change doctors. The new doctor has been good but twice now i have had to talk to his ignorant, rude and just unpleasant nurse. Hey we all have our days but 2 conversations and 2 times i have been angry after talking. Not once before her with ANY staff have i had an unpleasant visit or phone conversation but now 2 out of 2 with her. Your in the wrong industry and I think you need a job where you dont talk to people! Without her its a 5 star office 100%
