MyStorage has some of the best customer service staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Leaving a rating specifically for Morgan from Woodstock! Morgan is an amazing lady and employee! She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me multiple times and has always left the conversation with me feeling secure and sure of what’s happening next! She is super helpful and just all around a ray of sunshine and will make anyones day brighter!! And she knows what she’s doing too lol which is a huge plus these days! Thanks Morgan! Your awesome!!Another review I’d like to post (cause google won’t let me post a second review lol)Is for another employee who took the time to talk to me during a hard time personally. Stephanie is absolutely wonderful VERY knowledgeable and I now actually ask for Morgan or Stephanie. 2 very wonderful employees amounts many others. But I wanted to take the time to let you guys know the gems you have on your hands!A little side note Brittany was my site manager for a while there and she was amazing as well! You will be missed dearly Britt! But we all wish you the best on your new journey!! Thanks a gain to all these ladies for being so kind and so willing to work with your customers and make sure they leave the conversation with clear understanding of everything! 5 stars FOR SURE!

My Storage in Sutton is awesome! They have 24/7 access to their gated property with surveillance. They have climate controlled units and outdoor access. I highly recommend them to everyone in Georgina.

Fantastic service with great staff! One great thing is the timely and friendly reminders re: payments and options. Tad helped me out today with making a payment really easily, and has always been a friendly voice whenever we've needed something. Much appreciated!

Great experience from the moment we got our unit. We stored items for 2 years and never had a problem. Brittany was always very good to us and we would definately use this facility again in the future if needed.

I have a storage unit at My Storage Sutton going on 4 years now. I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Staff are wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Unit prices are comparable and competitive with going rates in area.

Great storage facility with excellent staff, good prices on units and parking. Like the email invoice reminder and easy payment options. Recently had a minor issue and Tad took care of it as soon as I brought it to her attention, she is a competent and friendly representative, a pleasure to deal with. If you need a storage facility, My Storage is definitely worth considering. All the best!
