This is for the east indian lady in the front desk reception today march 28, 2023 10:00 am. She is very rude to clients. She called me and I was trying to explain that my name showed twice on the screen do they won’t waste their time inputting all the info on their computer. But she cut me off and said “DO YOU HAVE YOUR CARE CARD OR NO?!?!?” I was shocked. She is very rude. No wonder a few clients before me also had an argument with her. She shouldn’t be in the front desk or in a client facing job is she is rude and I wasn’t even being rude to her. Other staffs are nice and kind, NOT LIKE HER.

I came into the morning and waited 35 mins just to register. I left without being seen. I would of save my spot but this location doesn't do that in the first hour of opening. I made an save my spot in the afternoon, I waited about 30 mins to register and to get my blood taken out. I would say book an appointment one month prior in advance. They need more staff. Also, they should have someone to register savemyspot and booked appointments, because it isn't fair for them to wait in line with the same people who are walk in.

My experience was great ! The lady at front was pleasant and welcoming. The facility is clean and their hand cleaning encouragement with all the hand sanitizer.I process was quick !

Very poor service! Booked through save my spot but after waiting for an hour was told to wait again to register and said that might need to wait for 30 mins more.with only around 8 people in line this much wait! Not coning back agin to this centre

Horrible!! Reallly LOOOONG WAITS... They don't use save my spot at all, I've checked in on save my spot 3 hours ago, when I arrived to the lab there was a 3 minutes wait, I have been here for 35 minutes and now I have to wait another 20 according to the app. They need more people , more organization and proper training, the staff seems unhappy and overwhelmed. This is the worse of the locations I've been in by far. Avoid it.

Booked my appointment at lifelabs.ca Came in at 7:20am on Wednesday and had no wait times. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Out of there in 10 minutes. Ample parking out back, but not sure how this is layer in the day.

Lady performing my blood test was great. However, the receptionist that I dealt with certainly needs to work on her people skills. Don’t bother “saving your spot” because the time fluctuates up and down and it’ll never reach your turn. Upon saving your spot online, the following message prompts you to “arrive within your estimated wait time” which is impossible because your ETA will look like a completely different figure every time you look at it. When I explained this to the lady, she simply looked at me as if I could not comprehend the message and told me “you have to check in even if you save your spot”… yeah no kidding. Useless system.

clean and new facility , the two lab technicians are very good ,busy clinic and there some 2 hours limit free parking but for only few car

The lady at the front desk this morning wearing black left a LOT to be desired in the customer service department - surprisingly bad for someone whose job it is to deal with customers.I was given a test kit to take home with no questions asked or special instructions given. I followed the written instructions that with the test EXACTLY as they were written. I came in this morning and found out I need to redo the test solely because of flaws in the written instructions and office communications.The word “sorry” may have slipped out of the lady’s mouth when discussing the redo of the test. However, it was obviously not genuine because it was just thrown in with me being told how I was somehow at fault for the situation, given justifications on how this situation isn’t common, and how it was no big deal to just do the test again. In reality doing the test again is an inconvenience because I’m sick and I can’t drive.I felt she was condescending and dismissive of me, lacked empathy and people skills that should be required for someone working in that setting. The people you are pushing through your office should be treated as people, not just numbers.

It was my first visit in this lab .And both the girls in the front row were so helpful and efficient in their work.The best part was short wait time .
