Debbie the property manager was very organized and the move in to the building went smoothly. She was always helpful and any issues or concerns were always dealt with quickly and with care. Close walking distance to classes.

I stayed in apartment 201-4 from Aug 2018 to Apr 2019. The woman manager is by far the rudest individual I have come across in this country. She was unapproachable and super unfriendly. She charged me $150 to replace a lost access key card. She even accused me of harassing a fellow housemate just for hosting occasional parties which every college attending kid does. The rooms are super tiny and OVERLY overpriced. The furniture is super cheap and the bed collapsed on the very first day of my stay. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Head to 142 Nelson St for the nicest experience and student housing. The landlord is a darling too!

This is my daughters 2nd year at this residence. Debbie has always been very helpful and accommodating. Anytime we have had any questions or requests, Debbie is prompt to respond and does her best to address our needs.

I slept on the front porch and it was pretty comfortable. 10/10 would do again.
