My brother was kicked out of this store by the manager for not wearing a mask because he has medical conditions which are affected by the mask. The manager was told this and she still kicked him and his wife out of the store against the law!!!! She has no right to question the reason someone gives for not wearing a mask and that is directly from the nova scotia government if she wants to look it up. The security at the store also agreed with my brother and his wife of the issue. She's not an owner and has no right to kick anyone out of a store. Sounds like another power hungry person who doesn't know the difference between owner and EMPLOYEE. Maybe a dictionary would help her figure out the difference!!!! Very rude disrespectful person, She must also work for the mask police lol

Usually a great store. They must have hired some new staff recently. One girl in perticular was not helpful at all . plus I had discovered my prestige card had recently expired and was ready to purchase another one , but sadly was not given the chance as she simply trashed the expired card, did not offer an oprtunity to buy another and cut me off when I was about to inquire.

I shopped there last pm and the same girl waited on me as many times before. She is SO helpful, cheerful and all around great asset to your store! She's a 'feel good' person to deal with! Wish I knew her name so I could commend her personally. Well done! Treat her right so you can hang onto her!

Hi! I gave it a one star due to the rudeness & unfriendlines on February 14th. My husband has many medical conditions which makes it hard for him to keep a facemask on. We explained this to the worker, she understood everything but still asked us to leave. I didn't have a problem with this, but it was the way she handled the situation that bothered me. Wasn't nice & I felt she was rude, as I was leaving she proceeded to talk with customers about what happened (no mask). I walked back in alone to ask who was the manager was (it was her) & I asked for a email.. nothing was provided. I had a mask on, I am a mikmaq woman & felt because of my husband's health condition I wasn't welcome in the store any longer. I did leave and went to the security to explain the situation, they agreeded with my side & gave me the mall managers number to contact during the week (which I have). I have yet to hear back from him & until I do I will leave this rating of 1.

I shopped there last day and an assosciate named kusum was very rude. She wasnt helpful at all and definitely not polite too.She was not helping and showing attitude towards us. Otherwise, everything was ok

My shopping experience was really bad few weeks ago because of the customer service. There was this one girl who was rude and disrespectful. Her name is Kusum. The way she spoke to us was so unpolite.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS AWESOME.STAFF ARE SO CHEERFUL ,WORK HARD, KEEP THE STORE SO SHOPPING FRIENDLEY AND KEEP THE STORE CLEAN.

My favorite place to shop for tops and dresses!!! The prices are great and the staff is excellent.
