Dogtopia of Royal Windsor

Can't wait to start daycare here for my pup. This facility is clean, their prices are great and my doggo was so tired after spending the day there. Definitely recommend! Great hours for start and drop off for pet parents to drop off and pick up before taking train and back from work.

The staff make sure every day is fun and my girl is well taken care of. She lives to go to daycare and is snoring in the back seat before we reach home. Highly recommend this location, they’re awesome!

We have 2 Jack Russels, 2yrs and 1yr old. They are great with each other but they needed some socializing with other dogs. Dogtopia of Royal Windsor was close by so we took advantage of their start up offer and put our 2 dogs in. It was the best thing we did! They went from sitting in the corner of the room to running around playing with other dogs! We got to watch them on the webcam and really saw how they progressed. Oddly enough, our 1 yr old girl is more adventurous that our 2yr old who is more of a Mama's boy! We now put them in a few times a week and they really look forward to palying wiht their friends! Great programs, great staff! The one picture of our little girl was tryibg to sleep on the car ride home! Yep, losts of play time and they sleep like babies when they get home! We highly recommend them or any Dogtopia near you!

Our pups thoroughly enjoyed their meet and greet and half day at daycare. The staff at the facility are all very friendly and attentive. I'm a nervous dog Mom, but didn't have any hesitation leaving our pups. We love the fact that the main play room has windows, so natural light can come through. Our pups came back home very tired and happy. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Dogtopia on Royal Windsor drive has been a godsend. Our dog Shiloh is s high energy puppy that needed more exercise than we can give her.Going to Dogtopia has been amazing for all of us. The staff is amazing and love dogs. As soon as Shiloh gets to the location. She can hardly wait to go in. Even I look forward to our drop off and pick up just to have my morning brightened.Love the cameras that allow us to check in on her.

Can't say enough great things about Dogtopia Royal Windsor! The staff are all incredibly kind and fun, and have been since our very first visit. My dog Rosie looks forward to going there every single day. It's very clean and coaches pay close attention to all dogs in the room. It's great being able to watch the webcam while I'm at work and check in on my pup. The best part is that Rosie comes home exhausted after a fun day of play! Highly recommend.

I don't know where to start with this place. My wife and I are taking a trip in the next month and we're looking for a place to board our dog Abby. My wife and I both love our dog, but my wife especially treats our dog like our child. We travel quite a bit and have boarded Abby a few places and have never really been thrilled with her accommodations.We took Abby to Dogtopia recently for an assessment, as per the terms of their boarding policies. We were blown away. From the minute we arrived, to the time we picked up our dog, our experience was amazing. Our dog's assessment was thorough and included things like how she behaves in a kennel and how she acts around their coaches as well as other dogs. While this was happening, we were given a tour of the facility, which was incredibly impressive. Everything was clean, and well maintained, and had an on site grooming salon. There are three big rooms, all filled with obstacles and equipment that from what I saw the dogs loved climbing all over.Everyone was happy to answer any question that we had.To our surprise after Abby's assessment we received a report card telling us how they felt about our dog and how she fit into the group.Needless to say we happily left our dog for the the rest of the afternoon to play.A week later we took Abby back again for a half day play session just because it was a lousy day outside.Dogtopia has an amazing app that let us watch our pooch while she played with all her friends in real time.Dogs are very good judges of character, and from what we were observing, when Abby wasn't playing and chasing around all the new dogs, she was following the supervising coach very closely, tail high in the air. It would be hard to blame her, the coaches were constantly engaging with the animals! Running around with them, playing ball, and even blowing bubbles for them.After both sessions she came home happy and tired.Every person that we have dealt with so far has been amazing. The woman at the front counter is incredibly kind, helpful and warm. The coaches that work with the dogs are obviously animal lovers and enjoy what they do, and both seem to know the names of all the dogs, including ours, and she has only been there twice.My biggest takeaway is that everyone here seems proud of what they do and where they do it. We can't wait to take our dog here for more play dates, and we are more than confidant that we are going to be boarding with the right people while we're gone. Nothing I said here matters because it's not me that's going to be staying at Dogtopia, but I know that my dog can't wait!Thank you all very very much!

I love this doggy daycare so much! The staff here was so welcoming and took care of me and my dog so nicely! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a safe and caring environment for your dog. My dog loves coming here I love watching her on camera and also the facility is so clean! The dog events are Also so cute and fun!

I’m so so happy that Dogtopia of Royal Windsor location opened. It’s on the way to Clarkson GO so it’s perfect for drop off/pick up after work. This location has very friendly staff and very clean facilities (dog areas as well lobby). Moka doesn’t get stinky or dirty from playing here either, which is a huge plus! They also provide good feedbacks on Moka’s behaviour which makes me feel like I can definitely trust the team to take good care of him during the day. 1000% recommend if you are looking for daycare facilities for your furbaby!

I wanted to wait before I wrote my review.My furbaby, Lily, was a confident and happy dog, until she was attacked, three times in one week (twice by the same dog) .After that, she developed a fear of all dogs. On walks, if she saw another dog, she would stop dead and lay fat down. No amount of coaxing her would get her to move until the other dog passed.We were recommended by a friend, to Dogtopia on Royal Windsor. She takes her baby there and gave rave reviews.So we decided, to not overwhelm her, take her twice a week.As a protective dog mom, on day 1, I was glued to the webcam (brilliant idea btw) I watched my baby literally glued to the wall. She would only interact with the puppy care givers and steered clear of the other dogs. She didn't even want them coming near her. It was upsetting. She's such a fun happy girl at home and to see her as a wallflower waiting for her pick her up.And this pretty much continued on for day 2, then day 3, still day 4......it was hard to see so we actually thought maybe this wasn't a good fit for her. I didn't want to send her if she wasn't happy.Then day 5 happened. I saw her a few times ..........actually playing!!!!! WAIT WHAT???????????? She was playing..........with other dogs!!!!Day 6 today and I have been watching her all morning including herself with other dogs, running, playing and having fun!I'm so happy we opted to continue. And to see her actually enjoying her time.Now, when I take her for walks......she no longer 'hides' when she sees other dogs. I couldn't be happier. And she couldn't be more tired at the end of the day lolThanks to all the staff at Dogtopia :)
