Friendly staff. Generous portions. Nice vegetarian options. Was a bit slow for the kafta. Slightly used and not super clean (to the eye).

The basha was like the other basha experience I would say, nothing to complaint.If you do the dine in experience don’t forget to get a tray, and order the meal you want.A quick in and out place.

Food is good. Service is friendly. However, the cook was wearing his mask on his chin when he's over the food which not very hygienic. So if he's not wearing a mask while serving, I'm left with a doubt on how the food is prepared. Is it sanitary?

Mediocre across the board. Not the best tasting, not the best service, questionable hygiene but not horrific either. Just...meh. Worth it if you're craving that kind of food but plenty of better places for the same price.

The service was really nice, the place was super clean and well decorated and the food is fresh and good. What more could a consumer ask for. This is one of the best Basha restaurants I've ever been to.

I bought a plate of Shawarma and I couldn't it it because the rice was spoiled and the sauce was so salted .

Worst service in the world...Waited 2 and a half hours for my order and was told that they have only 1 machine for interact and that its not their fault that it took that long...Then the guy that was working on the night of nov, 22 2014 said he was the manager and said it wasn't his problem and said he doesn't have to send anything if he doesn't feel like it...Really!!!!!! Thats what he said....I will never order from here again and am going to write a complaint to the Owners of the franchise.

Awful experience! I walked in and the server was on his phone and did not get up for 30 seconds to help me. Then I ask for a vegetarian pita. I’m told I get all the regular toppings plus three choices. I chose potatoes , tabouli , and mushrooms . The server tells me that’s four choices as lettuce is a choice!! I respond I disagree as lettuce tomatoes , onions and turnips come on all pitas? He rudely responds no lettuce is an additional cost. I tell him that I’m not longer intrested , and he proceeds to put back all the vegetables from the pita back into the serving platters to serve to other customers! Disgusting . I’ve eaten at at least 15 other basha’s in the province and have never seen or experienced anything like this, and I always get a vegetarian pita!
