Darren and the roof installers were professional and a pleasure to work with. The shingles and garbage bin were delivered on time. The installers worked 12 hour days in 30 degree heat to get it done as fast as possible. I’m very confident I don’t have to worry about my roof for a long time. Thanks guys

I was very pleased with the high level of professionalism demonstrated by Iconic Roofing Solution in changing my house roof.1. Pre work inspection, quotation, negotiation and agreeing on contract terms - Excellent. They demonstrated patience, high level expertise to explain clearly in detail what the job entails, what is required of me and associated cost. They were very open to my questions, and also authentic in what they can offer.2. Work Execution - Outstanding: Delivered the work ahead of schedule (1.5days against 3 days planned) and of high quality. Materials were delivered as planned; workers started as planned and were of good behavior. They listen to my objections / suggestion and implemented accordingly. There was adequate supervision during the work enabling safe delivery.3. Post Execution - Excellent: The workers were detailed in cleaning up the compound, ensuring no littering of premises, all the nails were picked and removed, and they left premises in very tidy state. The contractor manager, followed up with me later to ensure very thing properly closed out.Based on above, I will highly recommend Iconic Roofing Solution for their professionalism, customer focus, competitive cost, top quartile delivery and general friendliness of the workers
