When opening new transportation company, they guided us immensely and helped us with the setup for Cargo, Insurance. Best service. I always get correct information and advise from them. Moved our personal house insurance to them too. Very good management and staff.

This company has absolutely no moral fibre. Do not deal with their female insurance adjuster. She takes no responsibility for her mistakes, projects on to her clients, and is ignorant beyond belief. I’ve no idea where she received her education but she’s as embicile as they come.To begin. After two years of being with this company, we needed to update our insurance. The provider told us they would make a house call to sign the appropriate documents and never showed up. Never once did she call to follow-up.We were left without updates on our home insurance for over a year only to find out yesterday that it was never even processed in 2017. Not to mention that when we called her out on this, she seemed surprised and said, “you never received a notice or paperwork?”... umm, if we had, we’d have paid insurance!Then after filing a claim for two issues, the insurance advisor calls us a month later to renew our insurance and has absolutely no update for us on our claim. She couldn’t even give us a straight answer on where our claim was at.... BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER FILED!!!Instead she repeats the same process of collecting information from us, and I have yet to receive the follow-up email from her and it’s been over 6 hours since our conversation.Yes, I’m serious.The reality of our world today is that young people are KEEN to acquire their commission or paycheque but have absolutely no value system. They are self-indulgent, entitled, and pathetic.I hope that you do your due diligence should you procure insurance with this business and demand accountability from stakeholders.This is unacceptable.

I deal with Manjeet. I just call and she has all my paperwork ready which saves me lots of time when I get there. I love it.

The staff were seemingly unmotivated with the exception of the woman who processed the renewall of our car insurance. We were charged $12.00 more than a similar request elsewhere! We will never return! If you have a lazy, easy job, either do it right or go home/get fired! This is not rocket science and almost anyone can do this! Why did you not have change upon the payment?You calculated so horribly wrong and have me $2 instead of that which I brought to your attention, of which you owed more money! Why did I need to keep telling you to pay another, and another tour dollars, to set the account straight?

MOST RIDICULOUS INSURANCE BROKER EVER ! The broker messed up and than after i paid told me she messed up and told me there’s no way for a refund . Called icbc , made me waste 3 hours just waiting for an answer or a refund , just to find out that icbc cant do anything and she cant do anything. Then after i had repeatedly asked to speak with manager , he finally comes out and starts yelling at me and tells me that they will pay only half of what they owe me and i have to pay them back after the month is over . Then after he yells at me again he finally decides to only pay half of what they owe me and decide i can pay them back if i want . So basically after they mess up , i have to not only pay my insurance again but i have to pay them back after they already took money from me and they were the ones who messed up . I cannot believe how shady and unprofessional this place is .I hope Icbc stops doing business with them because this just makes them look bad . I would never recommend this place for anyone ! Dont waste your time !
