The WORST customer service - for a number of reasons. Please don't waste your time or money - or at least be very careful if you take any of your belongings to this place. My husband took my jacket in to see if they could fix the zipper on my jacket extender (I'm pregnant) to make it zip more smoothly. He told my husband he can do it - $15. A few days later, my husband picks up his dry cleaning and says that they couldn't fix the jacket. Fine. But what they failed to tell him was that they broke the original zipper on my jacket - so even without the jacket extender, I can't even zip up my jacket now! I went to speak to them and was told a variety of things by the man who works there/owns it? These things happen; How do I know they broke it? They didn't break it because they don't break things; How does he know that I didn't break it myself?" He took absolutely no responsibility for breaking the zipper

Excellent dry service that I've used many times since moving to Pickering. Quick service , very reasonable price and they are really friendly . Highly recommended

I honestly cannot believe these reviews. I have been going to London Cleaners for the better part of three years. Bobby and his lovely wife have always treated me very well. At Christmas last year they gave me my clothes back at no charge, which was awesome, I drop off 15-20 shirts every two weeks. That was a 45 dollar Christmas blessing right there lol. Once, and I mean once, I had an older cotton white shirt come back with a small tear in the back shoulder. It wasn't Bobby's fault, it happened where he sends the clothes to be laundered. He apologized profusely, and asked the cost of the shirt. I told him not to worry about it, and he again didn't charge me for my dry cleaning, which was 50 bucks. I needed to call Bobby for something today, that is how I saw these reviews... People are so negative these days. I see people coming and going from Bobby's all the time with smiles on their faces, happy customers. I really wish some of them would jump on here and give an accurate representation of their experiences. Thanks for all that you do Bobby boy, I think you are the best!

Extremely poor service. Took in suit to dry clean. Monday Day1- Handled with good customer service. Suit had some stitching that needed to be done. Leg needed to be hemmed. He said he'll have to charge and I agreed. He gave me the time as to when I can pick it up. I had no need for the suit right away. He said 3 days after on Thursday. Went backup to pick it up, suit was still dirty and the stitching was coming off where they stitched it. He blamed me for rushing him and that's why THEY couldn't do it properly. He asked me to leave it behind. I went back few times and found the place to be closed or with be back in 10 mins sign. Went back few weeks after coming back from vacation. He claimed whoever he sent it to have the work done didn't do it so he was pissed off with them and that he took it from them and gave it to someone else. He said to come back tom and I patiently left. I had to pick up his business card and say I will call and check. Talk about customer service. I went back two days after. He doesn't acknowledge me and walks away from the counter even though he saw me. Walks around and talks to him self and says there isn't any suit at all that came back. He shrugs his shoulders and doesn't even talk to him. I get agitated and raise my voice with proper language in place. He doesn't say anything to show that he forgot to go get the suit. He tells me to calm down and not to raise my voice because he is the king there. He asks me to show him the receipt after it was obvious that he doesn't have the suit. He blames me for bringing a filthy suit. Based on how he was treating me, I can say with certain that he wanted to rip up the receipt and tell me to go do what I can. He tells me to come back at 5pm and that he'll have it picked up. I go back, he closes the store down and goes home. This guy has no service skill at all. Such a poor customer service. I did and would've gave him all the time he needed and all he had to do was tell me that he'll call me when its ready to be picked up. Don't waste your time and money with this guy. I got the suit and its still dirty. Go to Westney and Kingston beside Shoppers Drugmart for much better service. Or keep driving on the same street toward brock and you will see another dry cleaning place. Don't give business to this guy.

Terrible Service. Put curtains in for cleaning and 2 weeks later they are still not cleaned. Came back after waiting the requested 8 days and they weren't there. Went the next day as requested they still weren't there citing a broken machine. Despite the offer to clean for free we demanded the return of the curtains not wanting to take any more chances with this business.

Recently got my pants fixed . The man was nice and friendly and quick turnaround . Will definitely return

Horrible. Brought my dress in to take out stains. They made it even worse! The guy behind the counter accused me of washing it before I brought it in, when I did not. The least he could of done is pressed my dress, brought back to me wrinkled up. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible service 0 stars would be my choice. Took in a jacket to be stitched and a skirt that required a zipper. 4 weeks later the simple work was not done. The explanation did not make sense, the owner said he was waiting on the zipper for the one item a standard zipper that can be purchased at many stores that supply these items. I asked that he get the same colour and type of zipper that was on the skirt, when I went to the store on Saturday he showed me an old zipper which did not match the size or colour and insisted that this was the zipper colour which matched the skirt and he was still waiting for the correct size. To make matters even more frustrating I asked to look at the skirt and noticed several snares in the fabric and when asked he said that they were already there when I brought it in, needless to say I took back the items. STAY away from this place SCAM for sure.He had also removed the old zipper and did a very poor job of that. I may not be able to fix it at all. Extremely disappointed!

The absolute worst service. Can't guarantee that they'll even have your clothes ready on the day they say they will. Excuse? We send the clothes out. Can't even guarantee they'll be open when they're supposed to be. Be here after 4... Get there at 405 and they're closed. I've given them 3 chances as it's the closest dry cleaner to me. I guess it's my own fault for giving them this many chances.
