Oh Doughnuts
Called ahead to ensure they were open. No voice-mail indicating otherwise so I went down. They were closed during business hours. I took time away from my business during a work day to get dessert for an event this evening. I had to go to another bakery, making a short trip into an hour long outing in the middle of the day. I will not go back. I'm not sure who they're catering to, but I suppose it's people whose time is not valuable and can drive around all day in hopes they may get lucky and get their order. I would never run my business like this. How hard is it to use voice-mail indicating closure? What a joke.

The donuts were great. However, I got really sick after. Come to find out they fry the gluten free donuts in the same oil as the gluten donuts hence my one star rating. You can’t classify it as gluten free if it’s cooked in gluten, just saying. There should be more transparency here because most people see something that is gluten free and trust the business that it truly is in fact gluten free.

Very good doughnuts, staff were ... odd. I came in said hi.. no response. I told her the 4 doughnuts I wanted, she packed them up. The only thing she said was do you want a receipt". No greeting

Amazing. Beautiful, delicious creations. I’m visiting Winnipeg from far away and I’ve had them on my radar for a few years, and they still outperformed my expectations. You absolutely can taste the high quality ingredients and attention to detail. Staff were pleasant and eager to help me choose when they learned I was from out of town.Don’t go expecting anything basic or cheap. Go expecting something unique and memorable.

My daughter asked me to stop here on the way to Ikea on Saturday, I did not know anything about it. However she bought the most amazing gluten free fuzzy peach flavored donut..it was absolute heaven to eat . Moist and flavorful. Apparently you have to check their website to make sure they are still open before you go since they only make and sell a limited selection every day . I was lucky to get to try it, they were almost sold out at noon on Saturday !!

The definition of a treat yoself doughnut! Everything tastes insanely delicious and the decorating is amazing. You can't tell the difference between the vegan and regular doughnuts. The team does a great job of posting the day's picks on IG so you know what they'll have. Go early bc they sell out every day. Only docking a point because the prices can get a little steep and tipping is mandatory (but this will never deter me). Parking is readily available at the Taylor location.

The doughnuts are good. But what really bothered me today is when we went to pay $22 for 6 donuts the cashier turns the screen around and asks how much we want to tip. Seriously? We are paying 22 bucks for 6 donuts and yes you had to put them in a box for us but this made me really uncomfortable and obligated to tip. I don't tip the cashier anywhere else...sobeys, costco...shoppers. Why would I here? Why put this on your customers? This may actually keep me from buying from here again.
