Finance Hub is by far the most competitive mortgage company around. I have personally used them and two of my purchases in the past and both were met with not only the lowest rates but the best terms which met my needs. Dealing with Mr. Khalid was really educational as he is very knowledgeable in the finance industry.

Beware, this company charges a very large upfront fee even though our credit was good and all our docs up to date and ligit, on top of that they are paid a brokers fee by the bank. Nadeem was very rude and unprofessional. The entire experience was a nightmare. The previous high ratings they received are questionable.
