Best subway in British Columbia hands down . Went three days in a row while camping . Absolutely no complaints the standard all should follow .

Rude staff- I went to have my lunch this morning, now normally I can’t eat 1 ft long sub at a time I need to keep a gap of 2 hrs but because I like sub, I always take 1 ft long sub and eat 6 inch and save another 6 inch to eat later. I often visit Walmart and I like to eat sub so I eat at Walmart, but this is been observe by me the 3rd time hence I thought of putting a review. The staff is really rude Simi was the one wearing the tag and there was another girl who was preparing my sub but not wearing the tag was really rude, I told her to give my sauces inside because I was gonna eat it later she argued with me for that whereas all the other subways happily give me sauce on sides, I wasn’t asking anything extra I was just telling her to give on side coz I was eating it later hence wanted to remain crunchy. All the staff members are really rude, it’s not only me but even my other friends have observed this behaviour from the staff. Arrogant staff.

Girl was pretty rude. I said thank you at the end and she just ignored me and went to next customer. I kinda felt like they were treating me like they thought I was homeless. I was clearly not tho and just a guy on his lunch break .not very good manners

Subway is usually very consistent this didn’t seem to be. The staff were just “there” but didn’t seem interested in helping us or any others behind us. The food was ok but can’t figure out what was different about it here. The cookies were fantastic though I guess you can’t really screw those up!

The turban guy was very rude and didn’t even make us a sub. It was about to close but it wasn’t closed yet and there was still 10 minutes to close and then he refused to make a sub

Been ordering the Teriyaki bowl for the last 3 months from various Subways. Went to this one in the mall and the bowl was half the size. When confronted at the counter about the size, the guy and lady stated we actually gave you extra". We told them that we never had a problem until we came here. They said this is how it is. We chose to walk away. No value here

Rude service from the workers, did not put enough meat or veggies in sandwich, had to argue with them to receive a handful of lettuce and a scoop of beef

Started ordering my sandwich and the young foreign girl misheard me when I said white Cheddar, and she placed orange Cheddar. No problem, I corrected her politely before she went to the veggies. She then aggressively removed the Cheddar cheese, threw them back in the bin and asked me if I there was anything else I wanted. I said, yeah the vegetables. She had attitude the entire time after that. I was dumbfounded. And to make it worse, she began to speak her language to her co worker which was obviously about me as her co worker looked at me afterwards. I felt it was completely unnecessary.

It's a fast food pre-packaged sandwich place.There's no where in any place ALMOST that actually is a FRESHLY MADE/BAKED restaurant!! Everything comes PRE-MADE .. FROZEN OR PRE-PACKAGED VEGGIES ...open.. pour ... open PROOF-BAKE .. since everyone wants **FASTER THEN FAST** FOODS .. there's no longer a GREAT HOME MADE MEAL!!! I know I worked in a few places like these... and a big chain bakery in a store and it's ALL FROZEN PRE-MADE ITEMS... all they do is take it out to thaw then place in oven!!!! It's ok ..
