We recently went in to buy some fish, which we have bought fish there often and never had issues. This time was completely different and we will never be back. After waiting 20 minutes to see a counsellor for fish, we were asked basic questions.. When the ‘fish counsellor’ pulled up every excuse that we could not get the fish. Along with many more excuses that didn’t seem justified considering our huge tank set up. Worst experience ever from this business. We will not be going back, and will take our business elsewhere.

Hands down the best pet store in town. Their employees genuinely care about you and your pets and will personally help you find the perfect items. They even sent us home with free goodies for my picky dog to try, and helped Jagger find the perfect sweater. Absolutely will be back!

Please stop with the obnoxious policy of forcing all your staff to shout hello everything somebody enters. It is irritating and I genuinely. Be friendly when you actually interact with us or at checkout.

I'm the granddaughter. We bought these birds 4 weeks ago and they are already stepping up! Amazing names too :> lalya and Leo. NICE NAMES RIGHT??? By grandkid. Not my name don't worry.

Great place for pet supplies. I find their price of gold fish at 4.00 per fish to be too high though.
